Great food! Great server. Great experience!

Decent. I didn't like having to ask for condiments. Regardless of Covid...these are small things that can be provided without me having to ask.
Your servers need more breaks if they are required to wear masks the whole time.

Great creative food. My only issue was that they said they didn’t have the mini sized pizza when they had larger sizes.

Felt quite comfortable with BJs response to COVID-19. Great social distancing & staff masked w/hand sanitizer readily available. Delicious food!

We always enjoy a meal at BJ'S. One of my favorite restaurants in Lancaster.

Because we had reserved a time with OpenTable, we were seated immediately even though there was a large group of people waiting! Thank you OpenTable!

Noisy bunch of teens but it was fine. They were having a good time! Snowy icy night and everyone was just glad to get there and spend time with good friends, good food and good service

Was a good place to have lunch with a big dinner party. A shame that the tomato mozzarella salad was horrible and nothing like the picture: hot house tasteless tomatoes and dried out mozzarella balls.

Everything was great! The food was delicious, our waiter was great, too. It was very busy, so the noise level was higher...which is to be expected. Another great time at BJs!

Solid restaurant for almost any occasion, casual with excellent food and large menu.

Great Food - large selection - outstanding service!

It was good our server was annoying and overly loud and wouldn’t let us speak without cutting either of us off. Pushy and Very rude. Otherwise the food and restaurant itself was good, fast service.

Our table service and the food were excellent but we had a very bad experience with the receptionist. I had made reservations but when we arrived on time we were told there would be a 25 minute wait. After 30 minutes I checked with the receptionist. She very rudely told me that if my pager wasn’t vibrating I should sit down and wait. 10 minutes later I checked again and asked where we were on the list. This time she checked and said our name was not on the list and our pager number was not registered. We were seated immediately but it ended up as a bad experience because of a rude receptionist and a 45 minute wait when we had reservations.

Service was great we made a reservation but showed up a little early and they sat us right away. We got drinks an appetizer, dinner and shared a desert and it was all really delicious! We will definitely be back as their menu is very big and we want to try more things!

Our server was outstanding! Very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and even had some left for a meal the next day. I had a quinoa bowl with salmon and would definitely get it again. My husband and his friend had the slow roasted pork chop and they loved it. My friend had the zucchini noodles with blackened chicken - she asked for no onions and unfortunately it was made with onions. We did not have time for another meal to be prepped due to a show we were attending, but it was offered. I believe the bill was credited, so that was very nice. Still, overall an excellent experience and delicious food.

The crispy honey chicken salad was excellent although too generous a portion. Very tasty!

i got the tri-tip sliders w/fries for my meal. I took the meat off the other 3 sliders to make 1 slider with a nice amount of meat b/c there was only 1 piece of meat on eat slider. the chef definitely skimped there! the fries were delicious & covered most of my plate so where they lacked in meat...made up for in fries. I would have preferred the other way around.

Went to celebrate a friend's birthday. Service was excellent and food was very good. Have been there quite a few times and always enjoy the meals chosen.

Food was ok, service was a bit slow to start off. We waited at least 10 minutes before our server even realized we were there but as dinner progressed, she was very attentive. Being it was our first time there, we may try again, but it will not be our top choice

Food was very good. I liked the teamwork. We had numerous people providing us service. For the most part they ensured we had a positive experience. However, our main server made us feel rushed. We didn't even open our menus and were asked for our order. Once the food came out we didn't put our forks in our hands before we were asked if everything tasted ok and we didn't get half way through the meal before were asked about dessert and if it was ok to bring the check. This made me feel like the real concern was to turn over the table, not provide us with a good experience.

They were very unorganized. When we got there to check in the hostess stated that she forgot to check Open Table for reservations. We ordered the nachos with chili and there was no chili at all but there were so nasty burnt/greasy french fries mixed in. We said something to our server she offered a free desert. I did not want anything free I just wanted my nachos fixed. We were not impressed.

So awesome. Our table was ready at specified time. Server was very knowledgeable about the menu items. Everything was very good!! Will definitely go back.

We go here often and this was the first time our server wasn’t that great. I don’t think he could hear very well. My son’s food came out and it wasn’t even close to what I had ordered for him. Other than that, delicious as always. My boys love it there!

Food is always great

First time there - the menu is extensive and I would return to try other items. My only negative comment is - the lights above the booths are in desperate need of a dusting/cleaning!

Open Table didn't work that night so our 5:15 reservation was totally overbooked. This made the waiting area too crowded and people spilled out into the restaurant and bar area. Once we were seated the food was great. The service was very good considering they were so crowded and rushed. Overall it was a good experience. We would return for sure. Great beer selection.

Great place to go for a night out. There is something for everyone and the beer selection is fantastic!

great service, waitress was very friendly. Food was great and the menu has such a great variety of items to offer. Great atmosphere! I will definitely go back again.
