We needed a handicap accessible table (wheelchair) but it was located where most all other patrons walked past us. The interior was too dark. It was very hard to read the menus or see all the people at our table (at 3:30 in the afternoon). Our waitress was exceptional and did not rush us out even though we were there a very long time. The food was excellent. Prime rib meal was the best value and quality.

Service and food was very good. Our waiter DJ was very nice. Whenever we are in this neck of the woods we will return. Hopefully DJ will be our waiter.

I love coming here for my birthdays and any special occasions. I recommend here for couples, family (as we usually take our kids with us), and overall anyone. This place will forever be a 10/10 in my books!

This was the first of two consecutive nights of reservations at this location. The first went fine and everything was I would expect for this chain. The next night I arrived and ate. Again, the service and food were fine. However, when I returned to my hotel room, I saw that the restaurant canceled my reservation just about the time I was seated. As the email indicated, I called the restaurant. The employee was not able to correct the situation but got a manager. After explaining what happened, the manager admitted that the host may have pushed the wrong button (cancel instead of arrived). He said there was nothing they could do. Even when I said I would cancel the reservation for tomorrow night, he just said good bye and hung up. Apparently this location does not care for repeat customers.

The garlic knots were too doughy. My first bite of food(Chipotle salmon), there was something very hard that should not have been there. My boyfriend didn't like the appearance of his meal. It was not bright and inviting like pictured. It took away from his experience. He didn't really enjoy it (shrimp scampi pasta). Modelos were great.

The service was outstanding, both from our server and the manager. The noise level was pretty high but this is a restaurant & bar so it was expected. The Prime Rib was horrible, one side pan seared to the point the meat was dried out, hard to cut and no flavor. I have never had a prime rib cut at 1/2 an inch (or less) anywhere before and at $30.95 was very disappointed on all levels with this piece of meat. AGAIN I have to state that the server and manager were great, the observed the prime rib, apologized and offed a new one, this I turned down so they took it off the bill. The fried squid was very good, the salad was excellent, crisp and fresh as was the chicken salad my wife had. Desert was amazing as well.

Made a reservation and the. Waited 30 minutes after the reserved times while walk in parties got tables. Have no idea why. Then it took another 40 minutes to get our food which was cold and dry. Would not recommend this BJs. They do have a good selection. There were six of us and we all got something different. Soup was ice cold. Gosh and chips cold and soggy, all of it.

Nice place, food was very good, not excellent but very good. service (server was terrible, if it is your first night, say so.. give yourself half a chance, if he has been there a while he needs another job. It wasn't busy, 1/2 an hour for drinks ? Then 1/3 of the order wrong, then we cancelled the second round of drinks as 1. They turned up after we had settled the bill, and he must be colour blind. when white wine is ordered and red turns up ....... Anyway, let us hope he gets a few more chances and learns the menu... We would recommend the place but hope you get a better server. The choice of beer is amazing and the food is very good.

The staff greeting you is exceptionally nice. The food was perfectly prepared, specially the tri-tip steak. My server went above and beyond!! I highly recommend. I definitely will return the next time I’m in Jacksonville.

My friend and I had a very pleasant experience at BJ's. We met there for lunch and were seated right away. I ordered the enlightened Ahi salad and my friend ordered the soup/salad combo. I had requested no won ton strips and added eggs but when the dish was presented, there were no eggs and the won ton strips were on top. I reminded our server and she took the plate away. She returned shortly with the dish prepared as I had ordered it. It was delicious!! My friend enjoyed her Ceasar salad and broccoli cheddar soup, as well. I will definitely return

We arrived on time for our 6:30pm reservation and did not get seated until after 7pm after getting promised by the host that we would be given priority and moved to the top of the list, which ended up being a false statement. Four parties already checked in ahead of us were seated prior to us and our group were the last ones left when our reservation was finally acknowledged 30 minutes later. Our server, Cassandra, failed to deliver a nachos appetizer we ordered and only rembered the item after we made mention of it when all our entrees were brought out 45 minutes after we had placed our order. The nachos appetizer we ordered was clearly sitting in the kitchen and ready many, many, many minutes earlier as Cassandra brought it out literally less than 5 minutes after we brought it up when the entrees were delivered. The quality of the appetizer was clearly one that sat untouched for at least 20 to 30 minutes as the chips already lost their crispness, the avocados already lost its green, the chili had started to dry up and the overall temperature of the item had already reached a cool state. From start to finish, our visit to this location lasted 2 hours from 6:30pm to 8:30pm because of the lackluster service we experienced.

The waiter was great the kitchen was horrible I got my rib eye before anything the salad was last soup was last soup was full of salt rib eye was all fat. For 32.00 not good the tri tip my girlfriend had was great

It was national pizza day and the restaurant was out of pizza. Weird. Hamburgers were good but not very warm. French fries were cool. The shining light was good service. Overall, very disappointing

Service once we got to the table wasn’t very good at all, incorrect drink orders and just a very slow server. Also, pick a better music channel for your restaurant, music was awful and way too loud. Food quality saved the experience. I would only recommend the restaurant because of the food quality, everything else was less than average.
