BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse - Huntsville

The server was not very attentive, he never refilled my husbands tea. I asked for broccoli and cheese and got chili, which was not very good. Everything else was pretty good just wish they asked how I wanted my steak. I like medium well not almost bloody in the middle.

Frequent customers of this BJs. Generally good experience this time. However, it seems that the restaurant is struggling with COVID 19 restrictions. Service was a little slow

Great service. Make a reservation as seating is limited due to social distancing. Food is amazing as usual. Will be back.

Service was lacking, however you can’t let that dictate the overall experience due to the current pandemic. They seemed to be short staffed. The margaritas were great and food was good.

Food was not so great from the limited menu. Distancing and staff were great.

The food, AMAZING. Great portions and the quality is just amazing so fresh. Cons, the hostess was so rude. I’ve never had to go look for my own table after I got a reservation nor wait 1hr past the reservation. The hostess told me and my date to go find a table around the bar and “ not worry about seating you.” I assumed she meant sitting in the bar so, we looked and didn’t find anything. I return back to the lobby/ hostess stand, and the hostess started getting in mine and my dates face exclaimed that we missed our seats around the bar, and I told her that those tables were dirty and she exclaimed that there were bus boys to bust it when we sat down

Our reservation for 5 was for 730pm on New Year's Eve. We arrived at 720pm and were seated quickly at 725pm. There were only about 10 other people waiting for a seat as it wasn't really crowded at all. It took our waiter about 15 minutes to come by and take our drink (and two appetizer) order. It was another 10 min or so before he came back with drinks and took our order. We ordered the Mahi Tacos, Chicken Alfredo, Small Pepperoni Pizza, and 2 orders of Tri-Tip and Shrimp Scampi. Our appetizers (Mozzarella Sticks and Ahi Poke) arrived about 25 minutes later. The Mozzarella sticks were bad. My wife is a cheese nut and she could only finish one. One of them remained uneaten after our food arrived. The Ahi was good, but only came with 6 "crispy wonton chips". The menu picture shows 10-14 chips. Ours came with 6. I asked the waiter to bring us a few more chips. He replied that it only came with 6. I told him that, for $12, surely he could bring us a couple more chips. He went to check and never came back. Our food arrived about 25 minutes later, almost an hour after we ordered..... all, but the Tri-Tip and shrimp scampi. Our waiter informed us that they were out of Tri-Tip. Yes, almost an hour after accepting our order, he informed us that they were out of something we ordered. We replaced the Tri-Tip with chicken. The chicken Alfredo was good, nothing special, but good. The pizza was under cooked and as limp as a wet loaf of bread. Half of it wasn't eaten. The Mahi tacos were very good; good flavor with well-balanced toppings. Another 20 minutes and the chicken/shrimp scampi came out. The 3 of us that had finished our meals now watched the other 2 eat. It was ridiculous. We never asked to see a manager, but the waiter never offered and never offered to "make it right". We paid the full bill. But, we'll never eat dinner at BJs again. There's too many other good restaurants in this town.

Table of 2 and our meals were served 10-15 minutes apart. When the final meal came it was nearly cold. Waitress had a terrible attitude and management was apologetic but did nothing to improve the situation. Out 1st experience there was a year ago and it was just ok. We finally decided to try it again and wish we hadn't. It appears they have a great menu, but I don't plan on returning.

It’s was ok. The food was good, but the portions size was too small for what you pay for.

Overall good. Was told that I was checked in upon arrival and it would be a little bit before table was ready. Waited about 40-45 mins and was told that I had already been paged when didn’t receive any notification.

We arrived at 12p and was seated quickly, however our server took too long to take our order and the food took too long to come out. Forty minutes into a one hour lunch break, we still didn’t have our food and subsequently had to just have them box it up in the kitchen because we didn’t have time to sit and eat it.

We had a nice dinner. We requested a table and they were happy to accommodate us.

Had to interrupt the hostess’s conversation to be seated. Slow service. Good food.

Service was a little slow but not too bad. Had dinner reservation for 6 pm and they were already out of their pork chop entree. If you put it on the regular menu make sure it is available for guests to order.

Third time in the restaurant when they were out of ingredients for their signature cocktails. This time it was at 5 o'clock on a Friday. Somebody does not know how to manage the inventory.

All our food came out at the same time. App and entre’. Lettuce wraps consisted of some old chicken and whatever and half a head iceberg lettuce. It was garbage. We ate half our meals and immediately needed to use the restroom. Thanks fir the date night

The food is usually very good. I have eaten there several times over the course of the last three years. Most recently I had the deep dish ziti. It was al dente (neither overcooked or overcooked) and very good with lots of cheese and sausage. Portions are large. Others with me also enjoyed their meals and the Monkey Bread Pizookie for dessert was excellent. BJ's is a brew house and true to its name there numerous beverages available including locally made craft beers and ales. Service was very good the last time, although in the past service has proven to be very variable.

Food was pretty good. Service was awful. We had a 6:00 “reservation” and didn’t get seated until 6:20. The waitress was busy and let us know how stressful her night was, which made us feel a little stressed. We asked if she did anything for birthdays and she said they did. Well they never did. We sat there for about 30 minutes after we were done eating (not by choice, waiting for the check) and they didn’t bring any kind of dessert or anything. I won’t go back.

Our server never came to our table after taking our order until it was time to bring the check. I had to ask someone where my drink from the bar was near the end of dinner. We also ran out of water and soft drink and no one ever even offered more.

It was a nice dinner. Our waiter was just wonderful and very attentive!

Our server did not check on us and was not very friendly. I asked her to add my rewards ID and she would not do it. I was able to do it myself, but she could have easily added it on.

Got seated right away. Our waitress was very kind and efficient. Food portions we a very good size for lunch.

Hickory BBQ burger is the best! Always busy, be prepared to wait if you don’t ha e reservations.

This was my first trip to bj’s and it won’t be the last. Great food, great service, and big selection on their menu.

Took my daughter for dinner. The food was great. However our waitress was awful. We never got one refill the entire meal. We asked for napkins and never got them. We asked for ranch to go with our meal but again never got it. Basically we were brought our food and just left. We have ate here many times and this has never happened. I’m sure we will be back as we love this place. Hopefully this was a one time deal and never happens again.

Awesome server; the spaghetti and meatballs wasn’t good!

Food is very good! However the more business they generate the poorer the service gets. We got our Entrée first then came our salad and soup. This is our 2nd time there, we will go back. Hope service improves.
