Did not get a booth as requested. I have a handicapped spouse and a booth helps her get seated easier. They knew she was handicapped.
Was impressed that our table was ready when we got there for our reservation. Good food, drinks and service.
I think the food is over priced, but prices are up these days in general. My husband said his dish was too peppery and he isn’t one to complain. the waitress brushed it off. I misread the menu and thought there were drink specials. The waitress talked to me like I was dumb and said it’s the weekend. I hardly go out these days and didn’t know their drink specials are only Monday- Friday. The menu was hard to read online (they don’t have menus) so when I opened drinks, it said a special. Anyways, it is a nice place with good food. People can be a little ruder these days with the way the world is.
Server was very good. What I ordered wasn't a wow sandwich. I will go again as we have been numerous times.
Food, beers & specialty sodas were fantastic. The ENTIRE staff was friendly & welcoming. Recommend highly for a casual dining/bar experience!
It was a great experience! We were there celebrating a birthday.
They have a super cool menu with things you won’t find anywhere else! As well as a giant selection of beers/ales/ciders/etc. Our server was super nice and helpful with food and drink selection!
We were lucky enough to be able to sit inside and not in the tent outside. The restaurant is very enjoyable and quiet even though they were pretty busy. Food came extremely fast and was perfectly prepared. 10/10 would recommend.

Husband ordered the Tri-tip and it was Inedible (all tendon). They comped him a dessert but he would have rather had his meal be edible on the first try. Service was incredibly slow
Have dined there many times, usually trying something new each visit. Not matter what I ordered, it was always good!
The do a good job with the social distancing, and the pub style food and beer are ver good.

The food is amazing and the staff is lovely. We always enjoy our time at BJ's and wish we had room for dessert.
Had a reservation for 6 pm; showed up early, still waited 20 min for our table. Service very slow- waited a long time for the check. Food was meh, and a little overpriced.
Our 1st time here and it was amazing! We had the Pot Stickers and the Salmon! We left very satisfied! Go here immediately!!!!
The food was cold and our waitress was not attentive. On the bright side the manager did his best to make it better.

Our waitress never offered us drink refills we sent back the alfredo because it was bland my prime rib had no flavor really and the chicken sandwich tasted like it had been fried in really old oil so disappointed because this was my son's 16th birthday dinner
We could not sit together for my birthday as a party of 6 with a baby. The prime rib was extremely spicy and the tuna was veiny. Our waiter was great.

It would help if Open Table wouldn’t let you make a reservation for a restaurant that is not even open!

My favorite restaurant in a 30 mile radius. Food is seasoned so much better than other restaurants. Restart enjoy going there. Thanks for supporting us veterans!!!

In town for a lacrosse tournament, made a reservation on open table for 7, but unfortunately had to wait 20 minutes for the table to be ready. No waiting in the lobby so we had to wait outside. Thankfully it was a moderate weather evening. Once we sat we were greeted quickly and our server was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We enjoyed our meal very much. My only criticism was having to read the menu on our phones. I try to discourage phone use while out to dinner with my children. The hostess did say if we wanted a paper copy we could request one, but it was not readily offered. As stated not a complaint more a criticism based on my personal preference
Our server was very polite. She did speak incredibly fast. We didnt have any issues however I would imagine someone who would be older might. It wasn't crowded so the noise level was low. Dessert was amazing.
It’s always been a great place for our family to eat! I have never had any problems with food or service.

BJ's was overall very good with excellent service. I had a reservation but had to wait about 10 minutes past the time . I was encouraged the dining experience would be good because the restaurant was so busy even in these difficult times. The food was brewery fare and what I expected and served promptly and prepared as requested.

Great food, great service, as usual. However, I was disappointed to see they were not enforcing the mask wearing policy. Several parties walked to their seats without a mask on. It is very disturbing to have strangers walk past my food without coverage during the pandemic.
I love BJs but it is a little pricey! Will go back
I absolutely loved this place! I usually go to Chili’s because of my allergies but I tried here because they had food I wasn’t allergic to. You really get what you pay for. The service was also amazingly quick. Like it was amazing how good the food and the service was!
