Great food! Even better service! Had a great Birthday dinner!!!

I received my food which was the Zity, when I got it the top was cold, when I got the second bite it was really cold

I ordered a medium rare steak and it came out very cold and burned on the bottom. Like it was an old steak just reheated on a flat top.

They did replace it, but the new one came back past well done. The chef was out in the dining room and i could hear him talking about it. It wasn’t worth trying for a third time. Not very professional.

Unfortunately, our experience was less than satisfactory. We were seated in the circular booth, which is not very comfortable. Our waiter was not attentive. Our water was not refilled. We wound up finding a pitcher on a table and poured our own water. Then, when my dad left the pitcher on the table, the waiter didn’t apologize, but rather reprimanded us for putting the pitcher on the table. Then, we ran out of water again. When we were trying to pay, the waiter brought the check and literally ignored us as we were trying to ask him to take our coupon. We had to go get a manager to take the coupon even though the waiter was sitting at the bar talking to the other waiters and waiters. We then had to wait another five minutes for the waiter to get take our card and pay. It was an okay environments, but rather loud. We ultimately headed out and chatted in the parking lot. Don’t think I will be back soon.

The food was decent but over priced for what it was. The dessert was amazing. And when I gave them my name and confirmation number, they said I didn’t have a reservation. So that’s not cool.

Service and friendliness is always outstanding.

Waitress was not engaged with our table. Order came out incorrect and pizzookies were burnt.

We did not have a good experience at BJ’s. Service was slow. 1 person ordered a dinner salad and when they brought it to our table she didn’t have any silver ware to eat with. She waited about 5 minutes until we could flag someone down to bring some. 30+ minutes after ordering they came to tell 1 person in our party of 5 that they didn’t have any more pork chops which is what she ordered. She ordered something else. They brought everyone else’s food (which I imagine had been sitting around because food was cold, salads were soggy, etc) and she sat there waiting while we started to eat. We were all mostly finished when she got her food. The manager tried to fix some of the issues but it left a really sour taste in our mouth. We will not be returning.

B's does a great job of training their staff. We almost always have great servers and the teamwork is wonderful. Nothing is perfect however if something goes wrong they are quick to find a solution.
I had the double bone in pork chop and I have had it several times. It was tender and so juicy. Try it!

We love BJs. There are some new items on the menu that were very good. I love being able to make reservations!

pizza and house brew were very good! service was a little behind, but very friendly and accommodating; the atmosphere is very nice, and we will definitely be coming back!

Made reservations only to be told upon arrival they don’t actually do reservations. Had to wait 30 plus minutes for our table.

If it wasn’t for that I would say great place to go.

Don't count on your reservation getting you seated on time. But was really busy at the time, 7pm, that we went.

Food and service was great like always. Will be back in the near future!

It was great as it always is and i love how you can swap the noodles for zoodles!

Service was a little slow but it was busy. Had a drink served in a broken glass. Made server aware and manager came by to make sure no one was hurt. They comped the drink. Food was hot and great. Love the avocado egg rolls.

Server was really nice and knowledgeable.

Excellent experience. We both ordered the salmon and found it super moist inside, delicious and crispy outside.. I ordered it with sweet potato fries and green beans and my friend ordered with baked potato and another vegetable.

First of all, 3 of us ordered turkey burgers. The add ons were tasty but the burgers were not hot.
One ordered the parm crusted chicken and mashed potatoes. The chicken was room temperature and the potatoes were pasty. One ordered the thyme chicken, nothing special about it she said. One had the pizza which he said was great. We all had the blood orange ritas which were delicious. I was supposed to receive a cookie/ice cream dessert because it was my birthday but it never came. Full disclosure... there was issues with fire alarms. Food was not hot was the major downfall and far too expensive for what we got. $156 for 6,we ordered the cheapest items on the menu.

It's always average. Mostly bar food loaded with salt.

Always find that the BJ'S in Greenwood never lets you down. Great place. Our server was Cameron and he was flawless.

All food and service was wonderful!! A bit sad that Birthday wasn’t acknowledged but still had a great time

We were so disappointment with the service on Monday, December 31, 2018 at 6:00 pm for which time we had a reservation for 4. Stood at the hostess desk for quite some time while servers/hostess carried on conversations and customers were never acknowledged. Finally, just took seat for 4 in the bar area. 10 minutes for waiter to come by table and another 10 minutes to take drink order. Food took quite a while but was good and hot. Refills never came so asked someone else to get them. Ordered a pizookie, when waiter returned to ask another question, obvious order had not been put in. When it came out, the middle of cookie was completely raw and not cooked at all. Asked that it be taken off bill. At 10:15 pm I received a text that read: BJ's Greenwood: Your table is ready. Please return to the host desk to be seated.
There was one waiter covering the entire bar area on New Year's Eve while we were there. He did the best he could and definitely do not fault him - fault lies with the upper management of the Greenwood restaurant.
My daughter, who was with us that night, was one of the original servers in the Greenwood location, and to her it was obvious the restaurant was short staffed as all managers were busing tables, cashing out, and carrying food. My opinion, if this was the case, the restaurant should have closed tables to at least allow the wait staff the opportunity to provide adequate service to those tables they were covering and be assured of a tip. We watched a few tables leave nothing and some even suggested we do the same when they walked past us. We will not make a reservation with this restaurant again on a known busy evening.

Consistently good food and good service. Menu seems a bit large but food is always tasty. Service was good with a free birthday dessert for my wife which is an appreciated nice touch. We’ll definitely be back.

Expected the quality of the food to match the ambience and the service. Disappointing.

We are from out of state but ate here in June. Phenomenal service, food and atmosphere and that’s why we came back. This time..... not so good. Onion strings? Received small plate of them for an appetizer. Not worth it and cold when we got them. Beer selection? You would think they would have a great selection. NO! Pot stickers over cooked. Artichoke spinach dip was hot but not correct ratio to huge amount of chips they give you. Had to continually ask for drinks. Waiter took appetizer plates away then we had no plates for 3rd appetizer. Hot air vent in corner table blew on us the whole time. (They said the cover vent was not on it). Pork chops were good.) Blackened shrimp tacos were not blackened in taste or appearance, quite bland) It was not a good nite for the $200 meal for 7.

Good service and good food. Pare down the menu. The menu physical size and number of choices s intimidating for first time and older patrons.

Always love it. Great ribs! Rootbeer glaze is incredible.

BJ’s has an amazing menu. Just be aware it tends to be packed a lot so always make a reservation! Happy eating!

Staff was rude and overcharged on our bill. Told them and still no changes and we had to wait long periods of time for him to return to our table. Food was blah and the sweet tea wasn’t sweeten, but completely watered down. Very poor experience!

Great experience. Got right in and seated. Service was excellent and food was great. Lots of choices for anyone. Would definitely recommend.
