   Inattentive staff and dirty plates and dirty fork. Decreased TRUST, poor quality, presentation , unexpected issues, cleanliness, ambiance , lack of value for money.

   This was my 3rd time coming to BJ'S. The atmosphere is always nice, Food is great and I always get the same waitress and she is always friendly, helpful and attentive! I'd definitely keep coming back

   Took forever to get our drinks and food. They were ‘no longer offering’ 3 drinks that were on the menu. Food quality was pretty good but food was no longer hot by the time they served it to us. Disappointing.

   Busy on Valentine’s Day. We were glad we had made a reservation! Food and service were great as always.

   Food was good - we had burgers, steak, pizza. Service was just okay. Pricey, but everything is these days!

   We made a reservation, but when we arrived at our reservation time, they told us we would have a 30 minute wait. That turned into an hour wait. If you plan on Dining here, plan being there for at least 2 1/2 hours. It seems like every time we come, it takes a while.

   I’d advise getting a reservation for earlier than you actually want. We had a reservation for 6 but didn’t get seated until 7. It didn’t make a huge difference for us but just a note to keep in mind. The food and staff were great!

    Our wait time was minimal, and the atmosphere was full of energy. This was my first visit, and I was hooked from beginning to end. The food was fantastic and I will definitely be back.
