the host that we talk to was so polite but the host that sat us had the absolute worst attitude she slammed our silverware down we were questioning our decision on eating there but then our server came out and he was absolutely amazing such a great attitude and amazing service the food was absolutely amazing from the apps to the main course to the desserts we’ll definitely be back

We called 3 different times to confirm our reservation for our daughter and her 12 friends for her birthday, however when we got there, they claimed there were no reservations on file therefore no tables were set up for us. Then the manager had one server start setting up the tables for 15 people and because it was only the one waitress doing it, my husband started helping her. This all was happening while the manager stood on the other side of the restaurant and just watched. As in literally just watched while a customer set up tables! The service was okay but this place is very unorganized. I would return if it is just a couple of us but will never reserve for a large party again.

Service was excellent! Bathrooms were unkept and dirty. Both prime ribs at our table were tough and the steak knives were very dull. Upsetting for the price. Appetizers of calamari and chicken wing were very good.

The bar area is great for having drinks and great food. The drinks are not watered down like other restaurants. The servers are attentive and very nice. We especially like that the servers do not rush you out the door to "turn" the table. We always enjoy going here.

We had a poor experience with our server who did not appear to enjoy her job. She was unfriendly and would not detail what soups were available, offer drink refills, or even offer to provide a coaster for each glass on the table. The only time she talked to us was when she delivered the bills for payment. After she gave us our bills, she stood there and offered to remove some dishes for us as if she was doing us a favor that deserved a good tip. One person at our table had the clam chowder soup and it looked horrible—-thick and pasty; she could not eat it. She told our server it was the worst soup she had ever eaten. The server said nothing and took the bowl away. It took a long time to get another bowl of soup to replace the “unlimited soup” offer. All in all not a happy lunch!

We enjoy our time when we go to BJ's the only problem I have is the floor manager when asked if we could move to another larger booth we were not accommodated. There was four of us two of which were over 6 ft 6 and the women were full size figures and we were shoved into a small four-seat booth right at the entrance and there were plenty open

Chicken on chicken salad was unremarkable. Chicken on sandwich was fibrous. Very thankful we could make reservations - timed full meal before show at JLL. Walk up Karen’s “why are you seating them when we have been waiting!?!” :-P

My brother and I ate here before going to a concert at Jiffy Lube Live. Everyone we encountered was so pleasant and easy to talk to, the hostess at the front was very pleasant, and our server was so helpful and cheery, offering suggestions about the menu. One of the chefs in the kitchen even came out to talk to us for a few minutes about one of our entrees. The food was perfect, we just really enjoyed ourselves. Definitely will not hesitate to go back!

Outstanding dinner at BJs on a busy Friday evening! My filet mignon was perfectly cooked, and BJs always seems to have a great Caesar salad side. My wife greatly enjoyed soup and salad, featuring clam chowder. I had a couple my favorite beers (PM Porter), and we both had delicious pizookies (mine was white choc macadamia nut and hers was peanut butter smores). Just another great BJs experience - thanks to all who made it possible.

It's been a while since we've been back to BJs, but the overall experience we had was really great. Amazing amazing attentive server. Food was a little slow coming out, but our order was spot-on, the hot food was hot and the cold food cold. We really enjoyed ourselves and definitely won't wait so long to go back. I believe our server's name was Andrew. He did a fantastic job taking care of us. Thanks, Andrew!!

The food was good, but the service was poor. One order was wrong. It took over 40 minutes to receive our food and the restaurant was not that busy. When we did not need anything our server was stopping my multiple times. But when we asked something she disappeared for long periods of time.

Overly charred steaks, flavourless burgers. All soaked in butter. Came home and had severe nausea. BP shot up to 154/101. Was already dizzy and nauseated after about 40 mins of eating and inside the restaurant. Will never go back.

It was great. Except it took awhile to get our order taken and fir it to arrive. We were headed to a movie and only had so much time. We communicated that to the server. But it still took awhile to get our food leaving us just 15 mins to eat and causing us to be late fir the movie.

We had a very good experience; the manager went out of her way to assist us with a gift card problem. The food is very good; I had the triple tip steak and my wife had the fish and chips (best in the area). The noise level was acceptable; had it not been for the customer at the table next to me it would have been better. Will definitely return.

My husband and I took our two granddaughters to BJ's for an early dinner. The restaurant wasn't crowded at the time, we were acknowledged by our server as soon as we were seated and she did her best to make it a pleasant dining experience. The food was a little below ok at best . We didn't have to wait very long for our food, but when it arrived at the table, it was barely lukewarm. The bun on my jalapeño burger was hard as a rock. My husband had spaghetti and the sauce look like they had been reheating it all week. One of my granddaughters had chicken tenders, and they were lukewarm as well, there was a party of at least 20 people that were seated right after we got our food in our server was taking care of that table so we didn't really have a lot of follow up with her to express our concerns about our meal based on the experience that we had last evening, we won't be visiting BJ's anytime in the near future

Your Ribeye Steaks were not the quality I was expecting. I asked for a steak cooked medium. The steak on the plate was charred out side medium rare inside. I also requested that garlic be put on it. The steak was falling apart on the plate. Also the white cheddar mashed potatoes had no flavor at all. This was my second time at this restaurant. First time I ordered the Santa Fe salad and it was amazingly delicious . Also ordered the Spinach and artichoke dip, that was also full of flavor. I don't whether the kitchen was over whelmed or not but the steak was less the par. The servers wer excellent. I did not want to complain while my family and I were there. Because it was A Friday night and we were celebrating my son's 21st birthday. Did not want to spoil the evening for them

Bella was our server and she was wonderful. She was attentive, positive and very pleasant. She checked in on us at the right time. The food was tasty and drinks were nice and cold. I highly recommend the garlic knots bruschetta bites, while they are available. We had a nice experience.
