This is a central location and popular meeting place. I like to go there but pick quieter times because background music volume too loud for conversation. When I made reservations I requested quieter location. Restaurant was not at all full, but hostess said we had to sit in area which was louder because the quieter tables didn't have wait crew serving them. I get it that some people like the louder background but, we are over 50, a little hard of hearing but we like to go out with friends and actually carry on a conversation!

Our waitress was great! The hostesses had a really funky attitude though. Definitely not very friendly and acted really snobby towards any guest they interacted with, including our party of 4. Chicken parm was super mediocre but the avocado egg rolls never miss!

Everything was great except you don't have garlic knots anymore. The bread supplied just tastes like plain bread. BRING BACK THE KNOTS!

They seated us really quickly and were fast to ask us if we wanted to order anything, gave us as much time as we needed and they serve a lot of food so you get a lot for the price

I had made a reservation. Once I got there - they said they wouldn't honor my reservation. Those reservations with 10 or more would be the only ones they would honor. Please mention that on the website!!!

I had made reservations for your restaurant a week or 2 prior of coming, when me & my boyfriend came for a nice dinner the host said since there’s only 2 servers it’ll be like 15-20min wait which was fine, we waited. Got seated, ordered our drinks, & I also ordered a strawberry margarita & the server told me they can’t make that because they don’t have the sweet n sour for it but didn’t offer anything else close to it, then once the food came, the baked potatoes looked old, not good looking potatoes I would serve, barely bought any sour cream but filled the container with lots of butter. Then mist of eating our meal a BUG came straight down from the ceiling or wherever it was & it fell right into my boyfriends plate of food & he told me to move my plate as well. We called our server over & she acted as if it was anything big or as if we should’ve kept eating it. Didn’t offer to remake it, comp something off our meal which we both ordered the tri tip & half rack ribs meals. We will not be going there.

I decided to go here for my 4th anniversary and I've actually been in a long distance relationship all this time and only recently been physically with my girlfriend for some months now. So this was actually our first date and we both thought it would be a good idea to go here, we had great food, a good time, good fast service, and a successful first date.

When I made the reservation and actually got there and seen a lot of people waiting I got nervous that we would also be waiting for a long time for a table but checked in and waited like 5 minutes max which was nice and well worth making a reservation rather then just showing up. The food and service was amazing. Definitely coming back.

Service was horrible, our food arrived at the table at different times, we had to ask multiple times for drink refills, my steak was sent back to the kitchen twice for being undercooked and for grill grit on the steak from a dirty grill. This was first and last visit.

I ordered the ahi salad and my husband ordered side salad and a bowl of soup. His two items were brought out and I had to wait 10 minutes till my salad was brought to me and this was after inquiring about my salad. Bottom line, both entrees took no time really to prepare AND I was unable to eat WITH my husband as he finished before I started.

This was not our first visit to this BJ’s, and we usually get good service and great food. I’m not sure if it due to the busy schedule or nit, but the service was slow and the food was sub par. One of our party had to wait about 12 minutes longer than the others to get her food....which all came out staggered and lukewarm anyways. I order the tri-tip and shrimp. My beef was tiny and mostly fat and the shrimp were so cold that their butter was coagulated. Usually I leave very satisfied, however, so we will give them another shot. Also, the pazookies were A plus.

I had 6:30 reservations and when I went to be seated at 6:28 I was told that I really didn’t have reservations even though the hostess said that I was in the computer. I had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. There were a lot of empty tables too.
