   BJ’s seems to know how to take a reservation but not how to hold one. Our reservation was for 6:00 PM, but we didn’t get seated until 7:15 PM. Understandably, it was a busy night, but over an hour delay with a reservation is frustrating. Our waitress was a little slow and didn’t have much personality, but that wasn’t a dealbreaker. Unfortunately, the kitchen made a mistake on Grandpa’s order, so he didn’t get his food until the rest of us were already finished. To their credit, they did comp that meal. As for my food — I had the steak and chicken with broccoli and fries. The broccoli was the worst I’ve ever had: extremely dry. The steak had a lot of fat, and the chicken was dry as well. Honestly, I didn’t enjoy it. Out of our party of 11, two of us were also disappointed with the ribeye. Lastly, my beer flight wasn’t cold, which I just don’t recommend. I understand that things can get hectic, but when a party of 10+ comes in and the bill ends up north of $600, you expect better food and service across the board.

   Should be renamed "NO tables" ,even with a reservation, our waiting time was over an hour, while others with no reservation were seated.

   Our experience tonight at BJs was wonderful. Great service, great food and overall was a quiet place to enjoy our friends company .

   Our waiter was excellent. He was very attentive and polite with use. The last time we were at BJ’s our waitress was not the best.

   Little bit of a wait even with reservations. Service was great food was just ok prices were decent. Pretty busy for middle of week. Open large clean restaurant with bar.

   The food was outstanding we had a large group of 9 and all of our food was correct and hot. The only issue was the hostess we got a text it was ready and then they wanted us to sit in a booth or it would be a longer wait . We were happy to oblige but I wish they would have been a bit kinder. Yet the rest of the staff was superb. Attentive and helpful. Would totally recommend

   I’m not usually one to post anything negative about any restaurant because I understand that stuff happens but this time with this restaurant it was a terrible experience. Service was terrible. The food was terrible. Just everything was terrible.
