My sister and I went for the prime rib. The prime rib was chewy and bland. My baked potato was not cooked long enough. We ordered water with our drinks and they never showed up. The strawberry pizooki was very good and was the only highlight. Even the house margarita was bland. Just not what we were expecting at all. They did credit us for one dinner.

Our server, Mike, was outstanding. Made a reservation and we were seated immediately. Great for a casual meal.

We had reservations for 5, got sat pretty quick, but waited 2 hours for our meal. 3 of the 2 steaks were over cooked and our waitress was not attentive. We've said we wouldn't go back the last 3 times we've been, but we keep going hoping it gets better. This will definitely be our last visit after this experience. I don't know if its poor management or lack of staff but it's terrible

my steak came out medium well when I ordered medium rare. The broccoli was cold. The two other people are dined with their food was all cold and we waited about 55 minutes from the salads to get our entrée. Our waitress took her order and we never saw her again. We had to ask other people for drink refills if they can remove her dirty dishes off the table, so there was a gentleman at the front that was seating people he was fantastic very friendly very nice. The female manager that came over. This was Mother's Day that we went and she was very friendly and apologetic, but it already ruined the experience.

Slow service. Server was unavailable and only came to the table when we requested other server to call her. Worst experience. Not planning to go back to this restaurant.

Mixed drinks were the worse we have ever had served to us. Asked for a Mojito and I was served a Mule where it was nothing but grain alcohol. Asked for my mojito and it was nothing but mint and zero simple syrup and the margarita was anything but a margarita. Alternatively, all of our meals were good. Ribs, Shrimp Scampi, Caesar Salads and appetizers. Waitress was very pleasant and sufficiently attentive. This was our first visit to a BJs and we would probably not return as it was a bit pedestrian for our taste in a restaurant, even though I can see its appeal to others.

Visited here on a prom night, and it was surprisingly busy with prom goers. Our party of 8 was on time for reservation but had to wait 15 min for our table. Ordered food and it took forever to be served. We watched tables who were seated after us get food. Finally 6 of the 8 entrees were served. My son's burger was charred but he ate it anyway. My husband's steak was burnt on the outside and his side dish arrived 15 min after his steak was served. Table was more than halfway done when the order of salad with steak was served. Everyone was done eating at the table for 10-15 min when my two shrimp tacos arrived. I declined them as I didn't want to make everyone sit and watch me eat. They removed the two entrees from our bill. Server was very nice and expressed her frustration. She did everything she could and was not her fault. Will not return.
