   Restaurant was FREEZING cold. Even the men and warm blooded people in our group had to put their coats on. Items requested were not brought out to us timely. Butter couldn’t even come close to melting on mashed potato’s.

   Our dinner came out before we even got drinks, silverware out or salads. The sever who brought our dinners (not our regular server), sat there bewildered since we didn’t have drinks or silverware and I mentioned we hadn’t gotten our salads either. She had to get everything for us and repeatedly apologized for the service. I’m not impressed.

   Our waitress was great! Food and atmosphere were nothing special. It wasn’t bad. It just was sorta on the same level as any of the random chains around town with frozen foods and wilted salads.

    Everything was good,checkin was kinda unfriendly and disorganized,place is half empty,I had a 5:30 reservation people were seated before us,we arrived at 5:22 PM and seated after walk-in that arrived before us,so not till 5:35 no big deal just not friendly!

    Overall we had a good experience, our food was good, our waitress was nice and we would most definitely go back. The only thing that took away for our experience was out of their control, they were really busy. This led to the wait time taking longer than you would like and fewer waitress check-ins at the table. We also had a table break out into an argument/fight behind us, but the staff did a great job of getting the party moved out of the restaurant and let the police handle it from there.

    Our food was great! The service was mediocre. Our server didn’t check on us very often possibly because we shared an entree and she thought we wouldn’t tip well. Drink refills didn’t arrive in a timely manner. It took a while to get our bill paid also.

    Food was delicious. Food order took 45 minutes before being served. Waiter did not return to the table after taking the order until we asked about the order status.

    They were out of several items and the one I ordered before the table beside me was then out but somehow they got 2 of them. Seems like our table was being the sacrificial lamb.

    We had reservations for 4 for 8pm. Arriving on time; we waited 15 minutes to be seated. We ordered drinks immediately and after 10 minutes we ordered Appetizers. We ordered our food at 8:45pm and didn’t get it until 9:55pm and it was warm. One guest didn’t get her food at all until 10:15pm. She asked for a box! Our server was amazing! She was attentive but some things were clearly out of her control. We received a discount… but that meant nothing because we left hungry! We had plans planned already so we couldn’t just stay and re-order! Food service received a ZERO!

    We ate before we went to Harlem Globetrotters. Our server, Angel, really made sure we got out of there in a timely manner, but yet made sure we had everything we needed and made our experience great!! Angel was wonderful and we will be requesting her on our next visit.

    Had a great meal and service on November 11, 2022. We arrived on time for our 4:30 reservation - waited only a couple minutes to be seated. Server was professional and polite and attentive. Food arrived in a timely manner and was great! Will definitely return to enjoy another meal.

    BJ is certainly a place I wud repeatedly come with my family r friends. A great atmosphere n the right ambience n courteous pllwho handle Customers well. The staff n Manager really handles everyone with good care n give them the time to enjoy n fun. Money s not their motto but Customers and am sure they will climb great heights .

    Undercooked steamed broccoli, undercooked bison burger, incorrect toppings on soup and burger, we were asked to wait 15 min to be seated despite arriving on time for a reserved table…it was not a great experience overall. Management did comp my bison burger after having to send it back to the kitchen twice, and our server was pleasant, but that wasn’t enough to salvage the experience.
