BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse - Fort Myers
The server Daniel was outstanding! Funny, attentive, helpful. We were a party of six one child included. The food and drinks were great with the exception of the shrimp quinoa bowl which two of us ordered. Too much spinach and not enough quinoa. I sent my back and the manager took it off our bill which was nice. This was my second visit there and I’m sure I’ll be back in the future.
There were six of us there. All for the first time. Our server was great, efficient and friendly.
Meals were good, however would not recommend the Clam Chowder. We all said we would return.
One of our favorite places to go, the food and service is always superb!
Burgers and fries were delicious!
Lots of drink choices.
Excellent service from our waitress.
Great experience-excellent food and service . Great location close to shopping, transportation. Lovely ambiance
Have been to BJ’s several times. Food is always tasty. This time the chicken sandwich was well under sized I mentioned it to our server Steve and he immediately fixed it by bringing out an additional piece. Then the manager stopped by 5 minutes later, apologized for the first mistake and indicated that she knew Steve had fixed it
I was impressed with the rapid correction to the first mistake and the manager almost immediately checking with me.
I believe that the service is Top Rate. The food and drinks have always been excellent. The pizookies are with coming especially in Tuesday’s for $3. I encourage participation as we go several times during Snowbird season when we are here.
Just average food and service!
Great burger and beer! The coookie and ice cream was delicious.
We had an excellent experience. The hostesses, waitresses, bartender and manager were top notch. The food was very good. We have already told numerous friends about our experience and have recommended BJ's to them all.
Great service and food. Made reservations with openbtable for first time and was easy and efficient. We arrived a few minutes early and our name was called for seating within 5 minutes after checking in with the hostess.
Enjoyed everything about the place except having a reservation doesn’t mean a thing. We showed up for a 7pm reservation only to be told there would still be a wait. When I asked how can that be since I had a reservation I was given the lame excuse that they can’t tell when tables will open up. It was a bunch of bull. All I got for my reservation was moved higher up on the wait list. If you go there with a reservationdon’t expect them to honor it.
The ribs were cold.
Samuel was the waiter who took care of us for our dinner, he was new at this job, did excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and had a very nice personality.
I would recommend this restaurant, no complaints.
A great find -will definitely be returning to this restaurant. Great food and ambience and god service
First bad experience there. Worst ribs almost sent them back. Very disappointed.
Great dinner. Highly recommended. Great food and great service.
Food was good. Server was attentive. Good atmosphere.
Seated right away with our reservation. Server very slow to get to our table. We waited over 10 minutes. Ordered drinks and good at same time. One order was wrong. Told person who delivered it. They didn’t offer to fix it. Or the usual service we’d come to expect at BJs. Very disappointed.
Good beer and drink choices and there is something on the menu for everyone. Good for sharing items, and fun atmosphere. Nothing outstanding but nothing wrong either. Decent place.
Unfortunately the meals did not come out together. Actually had to ask for the last one, and, it was cold. Took along time to get drinks. They took food order and then came back 10 minutes later to tell us they only had one double pork chop left. Would have been nice after all the issues if they would have at least offered to comp something, they did not.
Hostesses were not very friendly. Wasnt sure if this was because we had our 14 month old grandson with us. He’s very friendly but can be loud!!! But this was a Thursday at 630pm.
Our waiter was great bringing out the kids meal almost immediately. He had great recommendations and refilled our drinks.
We had an early dinner as we had another engagement in the area. Restaurant was mostly empty and quiet. No wait dinning. Our waiter was fairly attentive to our needs. However, I asked the waiter to substitute extra broccoli for the rice pilaf. He said no problem. The kitchen made my requested substitution on my wife's plate not mine. Her meal came with mashed potatoes but she did not get them. He did go back and get her mash for her. I ordered Atlantic salmon. It was good, just overcooked (in my opinion). My wife had the parmesan chicken. Her chicken was thin, hard, dry and not very flavorful. This is our first time at the Fort Myers location. With all of this said, I would go back and give them another try, would just ask for the salmon to be more rare. My wife would order a different item.
