   Staff was great. Very friendly. The hostess even asked my 12 year old how her day was going. Thought that was very sweet. Food is good and there is a large menu. Alcohol prices are very high. A domestic bottle was 7.00. That adds up quickly if both adults have 2 each. And is definitely the type of place you go to to enjoy a few drinks.

   Fantastic service for our little get together with friends from far-flung places. Food was great, and just the right portion sizes with lots to choose from for a variety of tastes. Restaurant was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

   I made the reservation on open table. When we got to the restaurant we were told there was a wait. I told them we had a reservation. The manager said BJs does not honor open table reservations, only call ahead to the restaurant. So apparently you can’t use open table at BJs Florence KY.

   Calamari appetizer- excellent. I always order the Enlightened Ahi Salad but chose the grilled Mahi-mahi tacos- they did not disappoint. I would order them again for sure. My husband ordered the Mediterranean chicken pita tacos- fantastic ( ask for a bit more tiziki sauce to dip). Guest hostess was and always is fabulous when we dine at this restaurant

    I made reservations a few days in advance. Upon arrival it was very busy. We were told it would be a 30 min wait? An hour and 10 min later we were finally seated! Service was slow, our waitress was doing her best, I don’t blame her. She got all of our orders right and was helpful. My fish & chips tasted bitter. It seemed like the fish was fried twice before coming out, it was overly crunchy, soaked with grease and had a bitter after taste.

    Told upon arrival that BJ’s does not accept reservations. They just put Open Table diners on a list to get them in quicker than others who simply walk in. A 30-45 minute wait past the confirmed 6:30 time was to be expected by our party. We quickly attempted to find an alternative place to eat. Within 5 minutes, they had found us an available table. It was a nice service recovery, but perhaps they should not be Open Table participants. This seems a disingenuous use of Open Table’s business plan and perhaps you should reconsider the relationship.

    Food was bland and came out cold. None of us had a decent experience, especially for our first time ever being there. Like every establishment, didn’t have enough help. Had to keep tracking someone down to get one refill. Won’t go back.

    Friends said they liked their meals. Steak was disappointing as was the Brussels Sprout Kale salad. Strawberry vinaigrette did not seem to go well with other flavors and was a little on the soggy side. I would go back based on prior experiences.

    All of our food was cold we ordered appetizers they were cold then our steak and sides were all cold , told waitress she said sorry walked away manager never came over . The waitress said she told him and he walked away from her . We were party of 6 we all spent lot of money waitress did offer dessert, I know wasn’t her fault . But to me a manger should of taken responsibility and came over ! He walked around and avoided . We won’t be back

    We had a large group with a reservation at opening. The manager was positive and as soon as staff arrived we were seated, just a few minutes late. Our waitress was pleasant and personable explaining specials and options. We had a variety of food from ham and cheese sandwiches which were very good. An excellent smokehouse burger. A good personal pizza with a delicious house salad. A mediocre chicken Alfredo. Overall a very good experience.

    Food and service were good BUT it is a waste making a reservation for this restaurant on Open Table. They do not honor reservation times made through Open Table and gave us the same wait time to be seated as other parties that did not make a reservation/walk-ins.

    Michael at the bar was great! There were 5 of us who stopped in after seeing the Elvis movie. The food was all good, from the pizza, to the burgers, to the avocado egg rolls. Drinks were made well. Michael was super friendly and very attentive to us even though the bar was pretty busy, and he was by himself. Thanks for an enjoyable dinner after the movie!

    The server was Sri chef in sweat sweat falling off oh him into our food blowing nose then touching stuff just gross food was awful dried will never go back thinking about calling health dept
