BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse - Fairlawn Summit Mall
I felt very safe when we were at our table. Tables were far enough apart and server wore a mask. The ribs were very good and was the special with the pazooki dessert included. I will be back. Server was excellent. Very clean.
Our server was outstanding and the food was great. Love this place!
Very enjoyable experience eating on the outdoor patio. Great food!
I had the seared Ahi tuna salad and it was delicious!
Unfortunately a bit off a disappointment tonight. Good took a while. A friend ordered a salad to start and didn't arrive until 5 min before our meal. Both tri-tip and burger were overcooked. Food is over priced
I felt bad for the servers. Not enough help. The food was ok for the price. I really never post a bad review. The restaurant did the best that they could with the circumstances at hand. Always should plan for the worst when it comes to your servers and kitchen help. They were definitely working their butts off and did not seem happy at all.
Food was very good. Very noisy. Service was slow but our waitress was good and very pleasant.
BJs is large and busy but with very good service and food quality. Friendly wait staff. The menu is quite extensive.
We initially arrived with a party of 5 at 530 and were told it would be over an hour wait. Since we have small children we decided to book a reservation through Open Table for 7 and come back. We walked around the mall and then returned at 645. We then waited an hour to be seated after several 4-5 party tables were seated. Additionally at one point they called us over to a table and then said - oh sorry this one isn’t yours and we had to go wait again. This experience is incredibly frustrating with 3 children.
Someone (possibly manager) who never told us who she was apologized and said the App wasn’t supposed to take reservations for Saturday night (as if that is my mistake).
Our server was excellent!! The root beer was great. However our food was mediocre and almost inedible (lemon herb chicken with asparagus and zucchini noodles was soupy and had no asparagus). It was overpriced as well. Needless to say, we will not be back. The manager did take off our appetizer from the $60 bill (2 kids meals and 2 entrees). However, we wouldn’t have ordered an appetizer had we been seated at 7 and not starving and desperate at 8 when we got a table.
I was quite pleasantly surprised to be shown to our table at the requested time on what appeared tobe a very busy night! Thank you! Our waitress was great, and efficient. Our group of six placed very diverse orders and I did not hear one negative comment on choices. Thanks for a great experience.
food was great. we froze though. where are seats were there was a serious draft & we were very cold the whole time we were there.
It took over half an hour to get our desserts, which is really unexpected. Usually service is prompt. Very disappointed.
Another great dinner at BJs and they provided entrees for free for my wife and me. We are both retired Air Force veterans. Thanks!
Huge selection and great food!
We will never return. Miles and soda pop not very good. All the food was not good at all. Everything seemed frozen, nothing fresh. I can’t believe it’s opened and people eat this crap.
Our waiter was outstanding!
Tried the Peruvian dish. Bland but felt like a healthy meal. Have been very happy with other meals in the past.
We had a large party, everything was very smooth
Table ready when we arrived, service was good, food was good, desert was good. Go back again.
Fabulous staff took great care of us! We were very high maintenance customers adding people to our party last minute, needing a larger table, specific order requests, Sa’ad and his crew accommodated our every wish! Our food was brought to us piping hot by multiple servers jumping in to help out. Our drinks were never empty. Everything was delicious even the gluten free pazookie! Love this restaurant!!
The food, drinks and service are consistently good for a quick dinner.
Our waiter Saad did an excellent job. Very accommodating. We will probably request his area on our next visit.
Birthdays of both my kids.
Very pleasant experience. Food was very good good waitress
It was my birthday...and my brother and his fiancé were joining us for dinner for the first time there. As they had never been there, but we had, I told them how fabulous it was. With our reservations we were quickly seated. It our server a long time to get to us. I told my brother the prime rib was excellent, so he ordered it. My brother and his fiancé had salads and my husband had chili and I had the clam chowder. It took over 30 minutes to even get those and my clam chowder was ice cold. The server apologized and I told her she could just heat it up, but she said she had them get me a new one. However, when the bowl came out I could tell it had been microwaved and was my same soup, which I don't mind, but don't tell me I was getting a new one if that wasn't the case. Needless to say, the bowl and plate were hotter than the soup. While I was waiting for my soup to be returned to me, our dinners came. My prime was okay, but that too was very cold and not even warm. I thought, 'Well, at least I can put some hot aujuis on it". Wrong. The aujuis they gave us was more like water, and the ramekin was only about 1/3 full. Plus...you guessed it...it was ice cold. The fat from the broth was laying on top.
I am not sure why you even offer vegetables with the dinners because they do not know how to cook them. My asparagus was burnt and my brothers was raw...and my husband got broccoli...except it too was raw. I mean, it hadn't even been cooked/steamed at all. It was totally raw broccoli!
Did I mention my husband and I were both chefs?
The highlight of the night was the pizookies we had.
I normally do not complain, but this was the worse meal we have ever had there. We were extremely disappointed.
Thanks for the good stuff is was good
The service was very slow but other than that the food was good
They are a good place, just wish they had more vegetarian options. and using this app to reserve my table was phenomenal I ended up getting seated about 30 minutes early.
The food always takes longer than I would expect but the food was good and the service was excellent
Food was great, service was great and beer was great. What else could I ask for?
Don't be in a hurry. It took an hour to get our food, mine was cold. Still good though. May have been the margarita.
Great service good food not overly expensive
They did not honor the Open Table reservation. We waited quite awhile and only got a table because I hounded them a bit. The food was not good. Turkey Club was awful. The pork chop and the steak were super dry. Would never go again.
Average food, drink prices are steep. $8.75 for Tito’s & soda.
I was reluctant to go to BJ's. My husband and I were not that impressed the last time we went. This time was with friends from work. Not easy to make a choice that would make everyone happy! BJ's looked like it had enough choices. Turns out it was really quite good. Everyone could find something to make them happy and were happy with the food, service, etc.
Excellent evening meeting family we had not seen in a while. Food was excellent, I had the double thick classic pork chop and my wife had a small steak. Also I had the lager and it was excellent as well.
Excellent food, great beer.
Heather took care of us.
Three of us went on a Saturday night and they were very busy. We got the Nachos with chicken as an appetizer and WOW were they GREAT. So good that everyone took part of their entree home. Highly recommend the nachos. My pizza was excellent also.
The experience was good overall but as they say, first impressions are everything. I made a reservation through open table 2 days before we went for 7:30. I arrived a minute early and was told that they were just waiting for a table to be cleared and we would be right up...at 8:10 we were finally seated at our "reserved" table. Not sure what the use of a reservation is when you are literally waiting just as long if not longer then people who just walk in looking to be seated. Once we were seated the service was great, if not just a little lengthy. I would recommend eating here, but by no means rely on a reservation here.
Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. Food was delicious, tasty and hot - although for a lunch for 3 (with very little extras), the price was steep. Restaurant was very loud, but unfortunately, seem to be experiencing a lot of that lately.
Our server, Darryl, was fantastic - personable, helpful, patient and attentive!
