   Everything went great, was seated early. But the rails that separate the tables are dusty which is surprising bc the rest of the place seems to be clean, but it's right at eye level so you can't miss it.

   Waiter did not write down order and forgot it. Didn’t bring drinks out until we asked another server. Never came back to check on us so we ended up leaving without ordering more. Dirty dishes were never cleared and our waiter never returned.

   Thanks to the over hyped virus, the restaurant was fairly empty. The Chopped Salad was one of the best we've had in awhile, and the Chicken Marsala was very good too.

    I had made a reservation online; got to BJ's parking area around 3pm and were instructed as to where to park. Waited in our vehicle until around 3:15p and then went into the restaurant. I young lady was at the podium and said it would be a couple of minutes. We were escorted to a table that was proper distance from other clients and their tables. Service was very attentive and first beverages were served; then the entrees. The two salads were excellent as was the mini pizza. All-in-All it was an enjoyable luncheon and we were happy that we could eat-in and eat/drink rather than having to take the food back home. Thank you for the great hospitality !!

    My in-laws were in town from Texas and was hungry after flying all day. I typically get okay food here and wanted somewhere close to home since it was 7 and we have a toddler. This was the first time they actually found my name and checked us in on opentable. We were however told that we would need to wait because we had five people ahead of us. Again, what is the purpose of making a reservation if you have to wait 20-60 minutes. This has happened in the past. Our waitress Carol was SUPER SUPER AMAZING. This was no fault to her. This was the kitchen. We were patient and even my toddler who isn’t even two yet was well behaved. Received our appetizer it looked like a pile of BLAH. We had the Ahi Poke, it literally looked like something pre-made and yanked out the fridge. Waited awhile, an hour went by after getting our appetizer. Three of us received our dishes. Mine and my mother in laws was cold...all of it. How is that when our plates were hot? My husbands burger was hot, his fries super cold. Father in laws sandwich he did the roast beef dip, fries hot sandwich looked like it had been sitting for awhile and was really dry. Daughters Mac n cheese which why would you make a kids dish last...was actually hot and okay. Carol was even kind enough to bring her some fruit and a knot. She asked if we would like something else, we at first wanted to know the eta...said it would take another 20-30 minutes. So she asked if we would like a soup or salad. We both got soups, one got clam chowder, I got broccoli and cheese. Hers was okay, mine looked soooo gross!!! I’ve never seen brown broccoli cheese...over cooked perhaps? Those we had to wait for awhile as well. We picked those because by the time all this was going on, we were ready to just go. She was kind and brought us some bazookies, those were good but we really just wanted to go but she insisted. Like I said, our waitress was amazing! The cook staff needs or needed a lot of help!

    The clam chowder was cold. My dates prime rib was way overcooked. The calamari was overcooked as were the roasted vegetables. The fries and double pork chop were good. Very loud and noisy. We were seated right in front which I would've preferred being seated somewhere else. Not a good experience.

    I really enjoy coming here and using the app to gain points. I just wish they would teach their staff to confirm reservations after being checked in. Otherwise, staff is always happy and friendly and always enjoy coming here to dine. Lunch is quieter than dinner. If you’re flying solo grab a seat at the bar and enjoy their local beer selection.

    The food was good - to be expected but I think they need more waiting staff. Our waiter was bouncing around to a lot of other tables. I felt bad for them having to juggle so many at a time.

    We got our table pretty fast which was great! However the server forgot to bring our utensils twice when we asked and was in a rush to get us out. The food was decent, but we were with friends and wanted to catch up without any rush. It was kind of rude, in fact. The Irish Cream root beer was pretty good; I definitely recommend that.

    We reserved a table for two through Open table. When we got there the hostess said they don't check on line reservations??? Even though we had a confirmation # it wasn't honored. Not sure why they are a part of open table if they don't recognize it. Other than that, the server was excellent. The food was very good too. Good value. The only hiccup was the reservation issue

    BJ's is great for the two of us or our family of 11. The teens have plenty of choices and meals for the adults are delicious too. Two of us had chimichurri chicken and we both loved it.

    Food was great, but the server was lacking. We had a surprise guest coming and told the server not to mention it but he did more than once and blew the surprise. Also, he forgot to return our credit card and we had to go back later to pick it up.

    It was my wife birthday and a i hat 6 guest I have order a small pizza for my son which I found hair on the top of pizza, also i have ordered 2 large pizza which was cold and not well baked,I believe there is a lack of ability for managing that restaurant, I will defently not going to BJ restaurant in elk grove anymore.....

    We had reservations, and I went in twice to verify. Upon arrival, table was not set up and was not in area that I had requested. ( room in back) The waiter was great and food did not disappoint. We had 11 at our table and he did an excellent job of accommodating us.

    A friend suggested that we have lunch at BJs. I was so happy that the music level seemed much lower than what I had remembered. Thank you! The high volume level had prevented me from going before as I hate having to shout to my friends or server over the loud music. I have always appreciated your menu with choices for everyone's tastes.     Was a great night with my family the food, ambiance was what I have come to expect form BJ's wait our wait staff could have been a little attentive to our needs. But not to the point that we felt ignored.they seemed to be a little overwhelmed.All and all we always have with full belly's and a smile bon our face.

    They kept telling me they couldn’t find our reservation and we had a graduation for my son that day. I showed them the reservation and everything and we ended up waiting 45 minutes. At the end they finally seen our reservation! Very frustrating we ended up half of us packing our meals to eat in the car on the way to Golden 1

    Philly cheesesteak was very dry. My friend's rice was cold. Mushroom appetizer was delicious. Fries were good. Service was good. Server went to break & someone took over. Had to tell her several times how to split the check. Busy. Glad I made reservations.

    The wait was still 30 minutes considering we booked through this app. I spoke to the manager and she explained that the app does not make a reservation per day but instead it adds your name to the list. So we were not happy. However, once we were seated we had a great waitress, the food was delicious and we had a lovely time celebrating my husbands birthday.
