   Had reservations for 5:00. Didn't get seated until 5:45. Food was decent but nothing jumped out as being absolutely delicious. Would I come back? Maybe. But there are so many other options out there.

   Service was great. Ross really cares. Had some hiccups with the food but it was quickly fixed. Great food, service, and ambience.

   Even though we had a reservation we showed up and we’re told we had to wait 15 to 20 minutes the same wait another day tomorrow before they were telling everyone that walked in the door. Our server was so overworked that his attention to us was atrocious not his fault restaurant management fault, but it was not good

   Our waitress (Bridget) provided excellent customer service. She was prompt with our needs and plan out food very well. Enjoyed the great service.

   We walked out because of management. We sat down and our waitress took our order in a reasonable time. She was friendly. It took a while for our drinks to arrive but my mother’s martini was wrong. We sent it back and she apologized. Our waitress never came back. Anther table was waiting for their bill for a while. They had to flag down anther waitress. We overheard that our waitress was in the office with the manager. Still our food or drink did not come out. We have been there for 50 minutes. The second waitress asked a supervisor/manger for help and he said no and she delt with the other table. After a while he comes to ask us if we are doing ok. We tell him our issues. He didn’t apologize just went to go get the drink, which was incorrect again. We said at that point we wanted to pay for the 2 drinks that we had and leave. He once again didn’t apologize or showed any kind of interest in us and said just go ahead and leave. We don’t blame the associates they were trying their best but how the managers handle our issues was horrible. That management team does not support their staff.

   Very Busy, no menus available when seated. But Holiday Season, so sort of expected It not to be great.

   So slow..we had to bring our soup back to the kitchen...soup is not hot at all. The pizooke cookis was cool by the time get to our table the cookis is hard.

   Lots of choices, food is better than most chains. Friday night service was slower than average. Server looked overworked. He was nice, polite, apologetic but he was working a 20 top group which meant his visits were few and far between to us. Otherwise fast seating with reservation, would still return.

   Service was slow. It took way too long to get our drinks and the excuse was there was a large birthday party and they were catering to them which meant that we were secondary. When the drinks finally showed up, the celery in the drink was limp and should not have been in the Bloody Mary. When the food arrived it was missing the dipping sauce was not on 2 of the dishes that we ordered and an order of fries was missing. They stated they ran out and were in the process of cooking more. Terrible experience. Won't go there again.
