BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse - Dayton

Server was outstanding and helpful but out of prime rib and bake potatoes. That’s what we wanted. Poor planning to run out of potatoes when simple to buy bags from adjacent grocer to accommodate your customer. Had we been able to order selection on menu it would have been a very positive experience but unfortunately not the case.

Very pleased with our dinner! Our server was excellent and the food was great!

The food is always good but nothing spectacular. Our order did take a long time to arrive. I feel their prices are too high. Cost our family of 2 adults with 3 children $90 not including tip.

We made a reservation on OpenTable, and received a confirmation and even a reminder. But when we showed up the restaurant was CLOSED. A big disappointment, to say the least.

Quality of the food has changed. Service was good. Drinks were mediocre as well.

The server was very attentive and our food was prepared and delivered to us very promptly.

Pizza needed more sauce. Wings needed more sauce.

Excellent meal and service ! Loved our table. Everyone in our party was able to sit together!

Dinner was fine; unfortunately because of a busy holiday the day before, they were out of our favorite menu items. While I appreciate the plexiglass between booths, I thought there would Have been more space between parties.

BJ’s said they never received our reservation so we were never seated as we were also told they did not have enough staff and appetizers were taking over an hour. Poor management. Should have been offering coupons or something! We walked out

Great place to eat after spending a day at Austin Landing.

Server was great. Purchased prime rib special. While it had great flavor there was a little too much fat. I know prime rib has fat but not 50%. Overall it was a nice night out with the family.

Slightly disappointed. Everyone we’ve been to this location everything has been phenomenal. We decided to take my mother in law because she has never been. The food was okay and the service was not good. Disappointed.

Took wife here for one year anniversary.

Waitress was a very nice lady. So no complaint there.

However she got my drink order wrong. Got my food order wrong. Instead of having them recook my whole burger, asked for new bun (I don't like mayo) waited 20 minutes then had to eat burger without bun. She brought bun to me once it was eaten. No refills. It wasn't busy in the restaurant so that's why I wasn't to happy.

I am server so I get it. Still gave her a good tip. But not worth the money at all. At least my wife's food was correct and hot. That's more important to me that anything else.

Great place for a birthday dinner. I especially liked the safety of viewing the menu and paying on our cell phones.

Cold food. Two slabs ribs not the same. Meaning two different days cooked or just prepared differently not sure.

Service was friendly and attentive. Food was very good and plentiful. Refills come before you ask. Not so loud that you couldn't hear each other. Good place to go.

Absolutely great ribeye dinner. Great service as well.

Extensive menu that satisfies everyone (even my picky daughter and health conscious wife)! Outdoor dining on a beautiful night was extra nice. Be sure to save room for dessert - the pizookies are delicious!

My Barbacoa chicken was excellent. Our server was attentive and friendly without being overbearing. And, we were very impressed with their precautions as far as spreading tables out, etc. was concerned. We felt safe there and will be back.

I went there with my boyfriend to celebrate my birthday. The drinks were good, the food was fantastic, and our waiter was wonderful and honest. I liked that I could make an online reservation as well.

Great ribeye steak. Open for dine in. Tables are separated for safety.

BJ's is always a family favorite. During this time of uncertainty BJ's shows their commitment to the health and safety of their customers. I appreciate the ease of online reservations and the set up for social distancing.

The broccoli was completely dried out and not edible and the Parmesan Chicken was way overcooked and too thin. The rest of the food was good but not hot or fresh. It was just ok. Liked having the ability to pay from my phone and liked the tables being uncluttered. Made a reservation which made it great to go straight to a table. It was simple and easy.

Reserved a table online and they had it ready for us by our reserved time! There were a lot of people waiting so I’m glad I was able to make a reservation and the night went smoothly!

Service was so at lunch with not a very big crowd. Waitress was nice and apologized for how long it took

COVID restrictions didn’t hamper meal. Enjoyed the quiet. Wait staff very attentive. Still great menu selection.

Very slow in getting us our food. Sat at table 30 min. before drinks and another 30 to get appetizer. Lunch was served 90 min. after arriving! I think the problem was in the kitchen. Serve pleasant. I normally don't want a compensation, but I think the bill should have been adjusted. Food was good, though, but it was minimized by the delay in getting our food.

Sat for 27 minutes at our table before we were greeted. Manager tried to make it right by comping the apps. It was my sons 3rd birthday mentioned that and they didnt care.

Excellent service and attentiveness to Covid-19 protocols. The waitress was friendly and made suggestions. Our food arrived in a timely fashion and everyone’s meal was delicious.
