Usually a very positive experience. It wasn’t busy at all and service was super slow - open tables everywhere. Orders were messed up. Wrong sides. Salad never came and when asked, came after the entree. This was an atypical experience at this BJs, but I also haven’t been in almost a year. Hoping next time is a little better.

We stopped going to BJs for three months de to the horrible service and food preparation. We decided to give BJs another chance. Glad we did the restaurant has greatly improved.

They didn't have my reservation I made with open table. Even though I had confirmation email. Service was very slow and the restaurant wasnt even that busy. Our food took very long time to come out. Luckily our group wasn't in a hurry

My wife chose two appetizers and could not finish the flatbread. It was very tasty. I had the chicken alfredo and I would recommend it, lots of chicken and the sauce was not overly thick. All in all it was a good dining experience.

The food took over an hour to come out and when it did, it tasted and looked like it had been sitting under the warmers for quite some time. We have been to other BJ’s locations and loved the food but this location was not nearly as good. Our server was wonderful though and did a great job. However we won’t be back to this location.

We waited over 45 mins for our food - only to have order be wrong. Nobody ever came to check and by the time they did, everyone else was done. Noise was ridiculous as a child was allowed to watch his iPad with volume turned all the way up. It was impossible to talk and while our server did bring appetizer out quickly - we waited another 45 mins for our dinners. Last time we went the service was also slow but we gave it another try - that’s it.

As always, our meals were very tasty and well-presented. One of our guests did not have a warm meal; but because the restaurant was so busy, he did not complain to our waiter. Like so many other restaurants, it took a long time for our food to come out but that gave us a chance to visit with our friends. Our waiter was great and did everything possible to make our experience a pleasant one!

We made reservations, very quickly seated the hostess was friendly. The waitress was nice enough but the food was subpar at best. Appetizers were all burnt, my granddaughters wings were burnt, my pasta was so dried out it was supposed to be fettuccine Alfredo, the noodles were crispy. Refills took forever, dessert took forever, we were there for over 2 1/2 hours and not by choice. This was my second time and last. Very overpriced for the quality and service!! Back to Flemings for us! Change your fryer oil!!

When I called to confirm my reservation they were very friendly. When we arrived, not so much, the service was subpar at best, not friendly at all. The food was greasy and cold when it came out. My son in law and granddaughter both left with stomach aches. Not one single smile while they were serving dinner.

We had a wonderful dinner. Our server was pleasant, dinner was great and the PiZookie Trio was amazing. We will definitely go back. The manager, Jeff even came to check on us to see how are service and food was. What a nice touch!

Definitely glad I did reservations. It was 530p on a Saturday and there was a line. Food is approximately $25 per person. Decent portions and well cooked.

My worst experience at any BJ’s location. This is not the location I normally visit but I was going to be in the area so I made a reservation. First I was seated 30 minutes after my reservation time. No comment when I checked in that they we’re running late. I ordered their prime rib and when it was delivered it was obvious that it had been placed on the grill and cooked to well done. I said something and the server said she’d have it redone. Everyone else at my table was finished eating when it finally came out. Then when she brought out the bill I see I was charged for two prime rib dinners. Took her a while to find the manager to fix this problem. I had a special 20% off card for this visit, but it only took 10% off the bill. The server had to go back to the manager wasn’t able to fix the problem so they took the price of an appetizer off instead. Throughout this experience we never saw the manager. I’ve been to other BJ’s locations in the past and the manager often stops by to check on things. Overall the attitude of the employees from the host desk to the servers seems to be poor. I’ll make sure to go to my normal BJ’s location from now on.

This was the second time in a row that we’ve been there and been disappointed with the service. They are understaffed. Our server did a good job, but was overworked. It took over 10 minutes before anyone greeted us at our table, and even then we had to stop another server as he walked by our table. The food was good, but slow coming out of the kitchen.

Just horrible! Our dining experience started with the front host who apparently sent the “table is ready” text message to the wrong phone number. It took them no less than an hour to bring out our food. The waitress rarely checked on us to see how we were doing. The place was not even busy. The quality of food was average to below average at best. I will not be returning.

I went there for my birthday. The server she was reluctant to serve us than she was to other tables around us. She was more energetic and friendly to them, but when she came to serve us, she looked like she didn’t want to even be there. She avoided us even when we kept calling out for a server and only seemed suddenly chipper whenever it was time to pay and tip. Mind you, my friend and I are both black muslim women and i could clearly see the discrimination but we were trying to not leg that ruin the night. I was relived when I left because of the level of noise. I could barely hear the friend that was infront of me, much less myself think. I didnt appreciate how the server kept on pushing me to order certain foods and drinks. She kept asking if we wanted any alcoholic drinks— even after we both said we dont drink (& you would think our hijabs would be a clear sign of our religion and beliefs). BJs definitely does not know anything about service to people that are outside their familial races and culture. I would never recommend this place / location just because i felt like its a hot or miss. I have eaten at a different BJs location before and i loved the service and food so much that I chose to come back to celebrate my birthday in a different location. —- that was a mistake on my part. Stay away from the dayton location that’s close to cincinatti.

The food was below average and price above average. Service was just ok. The shrimp in the scampi hadn’t been cleaned and it was lacking seasoning. The tri tips were tough. I left a nearly full plate when I left.
