Not a place to rave about. The Chicken Bacon Piadana I ate had only small pieces of meat and very little taste at all. The fries that came with the meal must have been the last of a batch. They were very small and tough. My meal and several others were served on quarter pan baking sheet. This may be trendy but cooled the food quickly.

We hadn't been to BJ's in years. Our last visit was great; the food was delicious. We visited recently & ordered one of the limited-time menu items. The item was served. The presentation was poor (it looked like a microwaved frozen dinner). We both took a bite & simultaneously stated that the meal was horrible. Our waitress happily took the entrees away, stating, "Oh, you're not the first to make those comments." We then ordered the flatbread pizza (sausage & pepperoni). It was, at best, mediocre. We were both disappointed with our meal, although our server was good. If we return, it won't be for some time.

The food was excellent. The service was a little slow. The waitress might've had too many tables or something. I'm not sure but it was very good. We enjoyed it.

It’s really hard to get a kids pizza with light cheese here and of course by the time that food comes and everyone else has been served it would take too long to refire. Also, I’m not sure what they’re using to clean their tables and booths, but it leaves a sticky film, which is not ideal. On a positive note their house made root beer was top-notch.

Simple orders, two appetizers, a burger, a club sandwich, a wedge salad and a chicken dish. Long wait, waitress forgot our beverages, wedge salad has so much dressing it looked like a plate of ice cream - couldn't eat it. Burger was ordered medium, it came to the table at room temperature and well done, fries were cold - sent it back to the kitchen - waitress seemed confused. Order came back with same fries and another lukewarm overdone burger (bun not grilled or toasted second time). Chicken dish was not eaten - cold, bad flavor. Manager took the items of the bill. We won't be back.

Haven’t been to BJ’s in over 5 years. Went on Father’s Day with family and everything was great. As a person with celiac disease I was glad there were options for me.

As usual, the food and service were both excellent. I am not sure why the restaurant did not have the reservation I made through OpenTable, but I enjoyed the experience regardless.

Our server was very good. The host was just ok. We had a reservation, but for some reason they decided to put us in a booth with a table that didn't move, so my husband didn't fit very well. When we asked them to move us, they moved us to a table where some of the chairs were dirty and the floor was dirty. A booth is also not a good fit for my son who walks with crutches. I didn't see a box that I could fill out when I made the reservations for special requests, but the host should have thought that maybe a booth isn't good for those with mobility difficulties. My son got the steak tips with barbeque sauce, and said they were very fatty. He didn't like them. Everyone else like their food. We all enjoyed our beers.
