Upon arrival I told the hostess that I had a reservation. She asked if we made it online. To which I replied, "Yes, I used Open Table". I was then told there would still be a wait because they didn't have a table for us and that reservations made on open table were not accepted that day. Not very happy that we had to wait and then even more disappointed when they didn't have the food I wanted. Service was good. Waitress was very polite.
Hostess was extremely rude to our party and had an attitude with us. However the rest of our experience was great (food and service).
It was great food and great service. We’ll be back for sure.
The menu is extensive and there is something for everyone. The staff was attentive and friendly. I had the Bison Burger which was not up to my expectation. small patty and not well prepared. On the other hand the Ahi Tuna Salad was very nice and a good portion.
We drove 2.5 hours to Columbus for an ultrasound and we stopped in here and it was AMAZING! food, customer service and atmosphere.
It’s was great n fast
Very extensive meal. Quality of food was very good . Server was very friendly and efficient.
BJ's Brewhouse is one of my favorite restaurants. Our experience on Saturday wasn't one of the best. When we got there, there was a couple ahead of us, waiting to be greeted by the hostess. The hostess didn't say a word to anyone waiting until she got 3 other parties seated. She could have addressed the line of people waiting.
We love BJ's food, but have been a little underwhelmed as of late. They have gotten rid of our favorite appetizer - the stuffed mushrooms. It also seems like the portion sizes are a lot smaller even though the prices have gone up.
Our waitress was absolutely phenomenal dealing with my 90 yr old grandparents!
We enjoyed everything but I am not sure why I have to type 50 characters
We went as a small group for work on a Friday. We were the only ones in the restaurant and waited a very long time for our food. I got the chicken tenders and fries, and I would compare them to Dairy Queen. Pazookie was great though.
The food was good, not great. My pizza was a Little doughy and it appeared that my personal pizza had only 4-5 pepperoni in total.
This was the first time we went out to dinner since the pandemic hit, we were a little apprehensive but we were meeting friends for out of state half way between their place and ours, so we did it. we felt very comfortable there, it seemed very clean and their system of no menus was a great idea( those are full of germs under any circumstances)! the food was great, the waitress was very helpful and friendly and social distancing was totally followed. The staff was constantly sanitizing any surfaces that people touched.
Our server was great. He was friendly, efficient, genuine and attentive. The prices of the food compared to the portion was shameful. Everything tasted fine but I noticed the size of the avocado egg roll appetizer is now halved and priced at 12.99. Nothing about those egg rolls were even at a $9 value. I would still visit BJ's but only for dessert and conversation.
We had a great experience and the service and food was just what we expected. Everything worked out with all involved. Thanks! It was Great to be back.
I love BJs-the food is always great and service even better! I love the ziti (today however the ziti tasted a little different -there was very little tomato sauce) as well as the salads. Will be back.
As always great food and service
it's seems to be hit or miss at BJ's...took my two grandson's for lunch; i ordered soup and salad which was delivered long before their kids meals came out. my soup; tomato bisque was flavorful and warm, however my wedge salad had no dressing. the boys had chicken tenders and corn dogs, which they loved!
our server was a bit overwhelmed, even though the restaurant was not that busy...no refills on drinks, never got dressing for the salad, charged full price for adult drinks for kids meals...it would have taken him too long to fix the bill.
oh well, like I said...the boys loved their meals so that is all that matters!
The server seemed a tad off.
Good food, good service. Music is a bit loud for a Tuesday lunch, but overall a good experience as usual.
Not at this time. The steak was tough, the bake potato was not cooked fully and roll was hard. They cooked another steak and did not charge us for that dinner. It was very disappointing as it was my husband birthday.
Normally have a great expperience at BJ'S. Food is always good. Great service. However Wednesday, both of us ordered soup. The tomato bisque and tortilla. I love heir tomato basal but was disapointed in the serving size. We both ordered bowls and when they were delivered to the table, the serving size was extremely small. Barely a half bowl of each. Also ordered an appetizer (avacado roll) Our soups and salad were deliveres to the table before the appetizer. Asked about it to the server and she said the kitchen was backed because they were really busy. Been there many times with as many or more customers and never had that problem.
Wake up BJ'S!!
Charles, our server was extremely attentive and fun, perfect for a girl night out.
Order spaghetti and meatballs and it was served cold
It was 71 outside and about 64 inside. We all were very cold. God timing was off. One person in our group got her meal about 20 minutes ahead of the other.
We very much enjoyed the entire experience. We were there for our daughters 21st birthday and the whole experience was great.
No silverware and plates were left like other tables and the waiter was slow and forgetful. Food was as expected but the value was great as we took advantage of the thursday rib deal. Overall it was a pleasant meal!
It's usually OK but this trip was a bit of a letdown food-wise. But we had a good time, and will give it another shot.
I love the enlightened menu and the unlimited lunch soup and salad.
For the past three visits I’ve been to this BJs location our food has been cold and our service is below standard. This time our waiter was great but the hostess greeting us left a bad taste in my mouth. When I arrived, we were told that we had to wait 10-15 mins. When I brought up that I had a reservation for 2:30pm the hostess advised that since Opentable is a third party that it’s technically not a reservation. I’ve been using Opentable for a few years now and I’ve never encountered this issue. But we waited patiently and I even told the hostess that it was my mothers birthday. She promised that she would tell my waiter but he was never made aware. I ended up telling him about he birthday when we received our check and he took care of my mother immediately.
Enjoyed our evening very much. Our waitress was outstanding.
I loved the sparkling sangria; delicious.
All entrees were great.
Dessert was brownie cookie with sauces and ice cream; the 4 of us devoured it quickly.
Just a bit too noisy.
We will be back!
Dr. Ann Whitlatch
My rib eye was perfect! Be sure and try the brussel sprouts appetizer!!!!!!
Great food, great service. I can only think of 1 thing the server forgot, and it was very minor. Overall, it's a great dining experience.
I’m not sure this restaurant should be on Open table. When we checked in for our reservation the hostess told us that since we were only 3 people and not at least 6 that we still had to wait 15-20mins. She knew we had an OpenTable reservation but still made us wait. Other than that we had great food and service.
they were just really busy and were chasing to catch up all night. Making the reservation via the app did not help in saving any time in getting a table. We still had to wait over an hour before getting seated and then when we were the food was brought out in waves where half of the part received their food about 20 mins before the balance of the group.
The reservation and walk-in situation and the host stand was a complete mess. The hosts, managers and servers seemed unprepared for a Saturday night.
Pizookies are the best! Large menu and plenty of beer!
My daughter ordered the jumbo meatballs and spaghetti, when she got her meal. We expressed to the server she did not like how it tasted. She never offered to take the meal back and either comp her meal or suggest something else. It took twenty minutes just for her to bring her a refrill on her drink. When my husband's meal came out, we had to ask for steak sauce, any other restaurant that's already offered once he orders his steak. I wouldn't go back again
Friday nights are generally crowded and the wait staff is thin. The food can be hit or miss.
