We were traveling and needed a known place to have dinner. BJ’s back home is good. Unfortunately, this location’s food left a lot to be desired. There were several issue that would take long to describe. But, overall it was mediocre to bad. Must admit that service was very good. Server was attentive and kept the table well served. The location had the music extremely loud. I did a decible measure and it showed very high levels.

Worst tasting prime rib I’ve had in years! Asparagus was small stalked and over cooked. My son was in the bathroom before we left due to possibly clam chowder. I was supposed to get a free pizookie and was charged, didn’t notice until later looking at the receipt. Usually don’t have issue with your food, but did this trip. Also, made reservation and was confirmed via email, get to restaurant and was told didn’t honor it on weekends- we had 430pm time so it wasn’t a real big deal but could have been

Five of us at out table. All five ordered the ribeye, not one of us could finish it. Had to be the toughest cut of meat I've ever had in a restaurant. If you are going to serve steaks like that, at least have a sharp knife to cut it with so your patrons don't have to saw and saw the meat into bite sized pieces. Definitely my last trip to BJ's.

3 dinners. All very tasty but one had rice that wasn’t cook enough and wasn’t hot. Even with that comment we will be returning.

I’m always hot and our entire party was freezing. I asked for the A/C to be adjusted… I don’t think it was. Other than that, everything was great.

We went for a second time, the first time was on a graduation Saturday, and then, practically anything that could gone wrong did go wrong. This time, it was different. The food was outstanding, and the service was very good. The items on the menu were truly exceptional, so we will come back again.

We came here for the first time to celebrate a graduation. First, we made a reservation for 4, but when we arrived right on time, the hostess said the only place she had for us was at the bar, but another table would be ready in about 10 minutes. I thought that if you made a reservation and showed up on time, the table SHOULD be ready. Strike One! Next, each of us ordered something different, but the waitress (new employee on her 2nd day) came back a few minutes after we placed our orders and said, "we have been told that our lettuce is very bad, so for the one that ordered the salad, we suggest you order something else." So, a hamburger was ordered, and it was SO LATE in getting to us, by the time the other 3 people were nearly finished with their entree, the hamburger FINALLY came. Strike Two! For the most part, the food was good, the service was "fair to middlin", but the service to get something on time with the rest of the entrees was poor.

We arrived twenty minutes before our reservation and were seated immediately.The waiter took our order, but we waited thirty-nine minutes after our original reservation time before we received our order at the table.The slider buns were rock hard.The pepper shaker at the table was cracked and caused a cut on my finger.The waiter was made aware of the situation.No manager was notified by the waiter.Definitely not a place that I'll be dining in the future.

First time at BJ’s and our experience was AWESOME!!! Amazing food, great service and boy do you get your money’s worth!!!!! We ordered the loaded nachos for an appetizer and it was massive! Enough to feed an entire army and then some AND it was delicious! For entrees we both had the Jambalaya!! Soooooo good! We can’t wait to go back again!!!

I made a reservation but when I arrived I was told that we would still need to wait 20-30 minutes. I ordered the loaded nachos without pico but it came without sour cream and jalapeño. We asked for salsa instead of pico and it came out with 2 cups of pico and no salsa. We asked the server about the jalapeños and sour cream and she said she wasn’t sure if it came on it because she was new. She said she would ask about it but she never did.

Going to BJ's never disappoints us. The food was great and the choice of drinks just too many to consider! Our server, Tanner, was very attentive, interactive and constantly checking with us if all was OK. We had a very pleasant dining experience with our sister and husband who came into town for an overnight stay with us.

Your food and especially your drinks are overpriced. The quality was OK but $10 for a margarita and $6 for a domestic beer are too much.

The host wasn’t accommodating. They didn’t try to make us comfortable. It was a birthday party and we had half of the guest in another area far away and they didn’t try to fix it. In my opinion it wasn’t a great choice for the occasion.
