   Very nice restaurant clean and open, We reserved a table and were seating on time. The service was good and the food excellent

   I arrived to the location with a reservation to be told that I would have to wait as there were multiple people ahead of me. I asked if I had to wait even with a reservation and was told yes. The young lady at the desk didn’t even ask for my name for my reservation that was set and ACCEPTED hours prior. I then asked how long the wait would be and was told it was dependent on the busboys efficiency. The lack of professionalism, and above all care was insane. We promptly left and went elsewhere. Don’t waste your time. Thankfully there were other restaurants in the area so we were still able to dine.

   I’d really been looking forward to trying the food at BJ’s. However, we were highly disappointed in our food. The fish and chips lacked flavor. Without the tartar sauce, I wouldn’t have been able to eat the couple bites that I did. My date had ribs. While the sauce was delicious, the ribs were tough. After ordering a full rack, that was just a few bucks more than the half, he was so disappointed and felt he wasted money. We both looked at each other and said maybe we should’ve just tried burgers. Sooo disappointed.

   Our family went during Valentine's Day and it was busy. Omar took our order and it was a nice family evening out.

   My friend and I were here for Happy Hour & the Daily Special. We had a great time. The burgers were delicious and the servers we had were excellent.

   Maitre d' seemed bored and indifferent; waitress was clearly indifferent at best. Claimed not to have cabernet sauvignon; also did not have a hard seltzer listed on the menu. When we asked about a different one, she brought out the can, set it on the table, and walked away. We had to catch her attention, some time later, to request a glass. The sirloin I ordered did not come with the sauce the menu described and was completely overcooked (I had asked for medium, it was not even pink). To her credit, she offered to replace it. Not wanting to waste, I declined.
