This was our first visit to BJs and it was totally disappointing. It took us 1 hour to be served and when we were, the food was cold. The roasted vegetables with the steak were cold and raw. The calamari was small pieces of calamari. They served the appetizers with the entrees and one of the meals was bot served with the rest - we had to wait a further 15 minutes for it. I would definitely not recommend BJs based on yesterday.

Worst experience ever. From the time we got there and we were seated, it took an hour for them to take our order and even longer for them to bring our food. They were so understaffed, and I felt bad for the server. To top it off, I discovered after the fact that I was charged for a Pazooki that we didn’t order.

It’s very busy and full all the time. Once seated our waiter James was outstanding. He came to our table in a timely manner. He knew the menu well and was able to answer all of our questions. Their clam chowder is one of the best I’ve ever had. After ordering the appetizers and food came in a timely manner. James was always there fulfilling our every need.

My daughter’s graduation dinner was perfectly executed! I would like to thank Michelle for getting us started and Evan giving us a warm welcome and making sure everything went without a hitch!!!

They took forever to bring one of the meals. We were all finished when they brought in my nephews chicken wings. The orders were wrong. Dissatisfied

Good was good, but the chips,salsa and guacamole was average at best. I understand the guacamole not be refillable, but the salsa not being refillable? Come on, and they only gave us a little bit of salsa. The wait time for the pizzookie is always frustrating.

Waited an hour after our scheduled reservation, got free appetizers but didn’t get water or napkins. Took forever to get our food, only got food for half our party, food was cold by the rest of the food came. Was charged for our birthday pizookie. Never got refills on any drinks despite waiter saying she would get it

BJs is always busy, cant drop in without a reservation otherwise you are looking at a long wait. Food and drinks are amazing.
