I ask for a table away from noise and I got.it. We celebrating belated birthday due to covi19 and have a great time we could talk and heard each other because there was no noise where we were seated, The only disappointing issue was that the waiter could not find my prime membership and I could not get the points.
They were so attentive and understanding. We had a party of 5 kids and two moms and we sat the kids at their own table and watched them from a table close by. They practiced distancing and safety. Thank you so much.
My first visit. Pleased with the food. Service was a bit slow. Overall it was a positive experience.
Bathrooms could be kept cleaner . One sink was out of soap also

We went out of quarantine for a special occasion. Everything was safe and the staff really did their best to make sure everyone was distanced. Great first experience dining out after months.
Food is ok but the place is dark and depressing. The ladies room smelled clean but looked old, scratched and dirty. Not returning.
The food at BJ’s is always good. This particular Saturday night had service problems. We arrived exactly on time for the reservation and were told it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait. After explaining I made the reservation to cut the wait, We were seated after seven minutes. That made me completely conscious of the time, and after 15 minutes without sign of a server we started phoning other nearby restaurants to see if they had space. At the 20 minute mark a server came back to the area to attend to another table. We got her attention and she apologized profusely after questioning whether we could really waited 20 minutes. After that beginning everything else went normally.

I tried one of the new power bowls and it was outstanding! My son loved the chicken alfredo pasta. Service was especially good.
The prime rib was supposed to be rare and mine was well done. Missing the horseradish sauce and had to ask twice before it came. The soup the cane with the meal was salty and came after two entree was half done. The service was bad. Has to ask multiple times for refill.

Restaurant looks dated & old, tables & menus were dirty/sticky. Server was great, but long waits for simple food. Definitely $5 a plate overpriced for atmosphere, size & quality.
Way too noisy. I would have expected better food for the price. Tri tip tough. Chicken dry. Potatoes very good. Jambalaya good. All in all just so so

By offering special requests on the Open Table site we were able to get a quiet booth. We arrived a little early but we were treated well and seated shortly after we arrived. We had the best waiter, Nick, who took very good care of us. Our food was delicious and we are now HUGE fans of the fudge brownie Pazookie.
One of the worse dining experiences ever, food was bland, alcoholic beverages were watered down, our server Bruce wasn't much of a server, will never return.

Entrees arrived with appetizers so we sent them back. Server said those entrees were for another table and sent to us in error. It was pretty obvious that those were our entrees and they simply put them under the heater or nuked them. Food was overdone
I used to come here more often. They need to step up their game. Some of the food was OK. I tried something new this time and thought it was terrible - the chicken Alfredo. Rubbery, dry and tasteless. I took 2 bites and sent it back. Stick to pizzas and burgers. Their pizookie is good. Their wait staff needs to be more attentive. The table was not bussed once and my water glass sat empty for the last half of the meal.
Service was okay. We didn’t get silverware until 10 minutes after food arrived. My kids’ steaks were good a little over cooked but mine was small, thin, and way overcooked. I ordered medium and got well done. Won’t be coming for overpriced overcooked steaks again that’s for sure.

Worst Experience Ever. Our waiter, bless his heart, tried but disappeared forever. My husband and babies food were delivered over 10 minutes after our food was delivered. By the time the rest of the food was delivered ours was cold and hard. We waited over 20 minutes for sugar for our tea. After asking our server 2 times and not getting it my husband finally went to the bar to get it. My 1 year old daughter burnt her mouth because they put her food in front of her and we couldn't move it before she grabbed it and refused to take any more bites. My pizza was inedible which the server did remove from the bill. However, he really should have sent a MOD by to at minimum apologize for the wait. All in all from arrival to departure it was not a positive dining experience.
