Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. The food came out at numerous different times. They forgot the drinks and food for two of the kids guests. They forgot drinks and appetizers for two of the adult guest and overall the experience was OK but service lacked.

Nelson was AMAZING. He was energetic, entertaining, checking in on us often but not enough to annoy us. He’s simply the best!

The server we had was great! We were seated on time and the food was fine. I would definitely go back.

My husband and I have gone to BJ’s numerous times, but this time the food was horrible. I ordered steak(medium well)with shrimp and vegetables. The steak was rare and shrimp was warm(not hot), vegetables were burnt. Informed the server, took it back and when he brought it back, it was still rare. He took it back again, this time the steak was well done and tough. The shrimp and vegetables at this point is over cooked. They gave us a free Pizookie.

Our burger was undercooked and we didn't get a satisfactory apology from the server when we mentioned this. Food wait time was long...and our server didn't seem as friendly and engaged as the others we observed.

We have come here quite a few times in the last month. We never have to wait as long as we have a reservation. We’re good. I appreciate the handicap parking upfront as I am a pain Patient and walking hurts. Food is delicious. Where are amazing. We will be coming here again.

Not so great it was my boyfriends birthday . We ordered steak rib eye it was very dry and took a long time . Our server brought the check over to him when it was his birthday and she knew . She only checked up on us 1 time we had to bother other servers to bring us sauces ect

We loved our server Judd, he was so kind and helpful. The food was delicious but insane that one meal out cost us almost $100. The bathrooms were absolutely filthy, obvious that no employees were checking it regularly, which gave us pause on the cleanliness level of the restaurant as a whole.
