   4.5 actual rating, only drawback was they were out of Amber. Great to watch the muddy Derby here, also glad we made reservations. Four of us ordered Salad - three steak and one Ahi. which were wonderful.

   Service was lacking: abnormally long time to have our order taken, no condiments at the table, waters were never refilled, beer never came, multiple times we raised our hands and said “excuse me” while our server was at adjacent tables and it was difficult to get her attention. I asked if it was possible to swap one flavor syrup for another in an NA drink and was told the drinks are made ahead of time. (I didn’t think it would be hard to mix lemonade, club soda, and a flavor syrup but I guess that is not an option). Food was okay, salad was drowning in dressing, but was otherwise tasty. Most of the party seemed pleased with their choices, kitchen was aware of adjustments and prepared all the food accurately. The tab came and was combined with the party of two that was dining at that table prior to us. Server went to manager to correct, and even the corrected bill was incorrect. Cost was more or less what we expected, so we paid that tab. Tried to use the QR code/website to pay, but it said card declined. Handed the same card to the server and it ran fine. Overall a bizarre and largely inconvenient experience and not worth going out of my way to return.

   Watched the Bucks game which was on many TV’s. Generous happy hour appetizers and wine pours. Jambalaya was excellent

   The wait time for food was unbelievably bad. My son didn't get his side with his kids meal. When the fries finally came they were cold. Took 40 mins to receive our dessert. I won't be returning to this location.

   BJ's is a reliable place to visit for solid food, atmosphere and service. Decent pricing and quality food makes BJ a 'hit'. Encourage patrons to sign up for their rewards program as that gives one a solid start with several 'deals'. (Try the pazookie, it will feed four)

   Excellent service by Destiny! Food eas very good- our group ordered burgers, salads, soups and Mediterranean bowls. Nicely presented and served. We all enjoyed the lunch pizzaokie.

   Me and family have been to Bjs often and loved it so I decided to have my book club ladies have our monthly discussion dinner at BJs, we had 8 women of which 5 have never been there needless to say everyone enjoyed their food and will return

    Have enjoyed during past visits, but seems the overall experience is starting to be less than desired. Made reservations with request for booth in quieter part of restaurant. Was seated right next to the bar. Extended wait to have wine served to table; followed by fries being just warm. Disappointed. Not sure about going back.
