   Going to BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse in Bowie, Maryland, was a really bad experience. We sat there for about 20 minutes, and no one even looked our way. We didn't get any drinks or a chance to order food because no server came to our table. It was like we weren't even there. After waiting so long, I finally talked to someone who seemed to be in charge. But they weren't helpful at all and didn't seem to care that we had been ignored. We left feeling really upset and like they didn't want our business. We ended up going to Longhorn Steakhouse instead, and it was a completely different story. Right away, they were friendly, got us seated, and took care of us the whole time we were there. It just showed how badly we were treated at BJ's. I definitely wouldn't recommend going to BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse in Bowie, MD, based on what happened to us. Waiting that long to be ignored, and then having a bad experience with the staff, is just not okay. You're better off going to a place that will actually treat you like a customer.

   Unlike our prior visit, the energy level in the place seemed rather low this time. While pleasant, the food and service felt equally lackluster. Perhaps it was our late, 9 pm seating, or just simply a slow midweek night.

   Although BJ's in Bowie is a chain restaurant, it does not affect the service and food quality. The food is always great at this location, and the service is top-notch. I can always count on fast and friendly service. Before heading to a concert this weekend, my family and I ate at BJ's. We were a large party, and the food came out on time and all hot. This is often a problem for some restaurants when dealing with parties of 5 and more, but not BJ's. I highly recommend it.

   Our waitress was Precious and she definitely went above and beyond. We had a party of 15 actually and she did not disappoint from the greeting, to placing the order, changing on us throughout our time eat, and just being welcoming and warm.

   Man ol man. We asked for a circle booth because we were a party of 7. A manager said no. Ok we tried to work with it. We were body to body sitting at the table. Then , The waitress took our children’s order as soon as we sat. Loved it! TOOK 50 minutes to get their food and it was incomplete! The entire table didn’t order food yet .
