BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse - Bowie
My husband loves the ribs. I enjoyed myself my dish as well.
Family enjoyed their food.
Our meals had excellent flavor and we're very good!
Dominique & Andre were outstanding. Dominique is an exceptional representation of your establishment. This was the best service I’ve ever received at this location. Because of her I will return.
Food was ok, but the service was really slow. We waited 22 minutes for our waitress to come to our table, my kids enjoyed timing it.
Great waiter! Good happy hour prices and selection.
Great food and service!
The food was cold and unappetizing. Very disappointed
Great service, enjoyable food !
The food came it piece meal, one meal was ice cold. The kitchen was not operating on all cylidners.
Best server EVER!! REGINA M. was AMAZING!!! Thank you😊
We had to wait a long time for our food. While we were eating servers repeatedly came asking if food was ours because they weren’t sure of where the orders went. I was just very disappointed. We tried the restaurant again after the last time when the power went out. I do not believe I will eat there again
Was only able to order appetizers. The power went out. Was pretty disappointed. We were meeting family there and had to leave and go find somewhere else to eat.
Food was great and server was very personable!
The appetizer came at the same time as the entre. The server was pleasant but seemed to have to run to other tables. We had dishes from appetizer and drinks that piled up on the table. The amount of broccoli on the plate was vastly different from my counterpart. The baked potato that I asked to be fully loaded was not pleasing. (It looked like a white sauce than sour cream and cheese.
The food was fine. Our service was very nice, but soooo slow. We waited forever to order, then to get our drinks, then half the food came eventually, and we had to ask for the rest. Even the process of getting our bill took forever. It’s too bad, because the place has potential. This was our third time with bad service. We won’t be back.
Our waiter did a phenomenal job with everyone's order
Service was slow!
I enjoy the food, service and atmosphere. I still need to come during happy hour and enjoy the bar scene.
Great food and service.
Food was ok would have been better if the pork chop was available.
Service was slow and it took us a long tine for us to. order
Wait staff need to be more attentive. Cheese steak was not up to par. Had to send back for a chicken sandwich.
We had asked for separate checks at the start of the meal. The first and second checks were incorrect. The appetizers for two at our table with the main course. The food and beer was were very good.
Love the food. Fresh and good portions.
This location has been better — like when they first opened. The level of attention to detail to their own menu would serve them well. A customer doesn’t want to have to point out that their salad was made incorrectly. The ingredients are in the menu, even down to the type of greens required and for it to be missing what makes the salad desirable is not appreciated. No one wants to send food back for obvious reasons. Yes, this is casual dining but the level of accuracy and customer service should never decrease. They have been better, they need to get back to that.
The food service was Poor...the waitress did her best to accommodate us. Our food was intially recieved cold. It was sent back, Some of the food came out cold. One of the orders cane back with just hot toppings and the food was still cold. This is my third time at the Bowie location and each time I have received the same results, Poor food service. I reluctantly want to send my food back to the kitchen because of lack of trust.
BJ's has an interesting menu with enough variety to please almost any group of diners. The service is attentive but not "smothering" and the food is delicious and attractively presented. Great choice for an office lunch or time out with friends.
My waiter was not friendly. I believe that being friendly and courteous to Customers will be how the waiter will be tipped. I had a young man. My first time there. The food was great. Thank you for having us.
The server and the bartender were outstanding, but the host was rude "Fred". No only to us but also to one of the other customers that was waiting to be seat. I would have left due to my interaction with him, but this was a memorial dinner and I didn't want to upset everyone else.
The server was outstanding, this was her second day on the job. She was Johnny on the unfortunately I don't remember her name. Your host is the face of the business, I don't know if he was new, but I am going to stick with the B.J's in Laurel. We are always greeted and treated well there.
It was good.
We just wanted to try something new. And, that was a good choice.
Horrible wait time...30 plus minutes after reservation. The waiter was polite but overworked, he had too many tables. Food was wanting in quantity and quality. Could have been tastier.
Food and atmosphere were great. However, the service could use some improvement.
Pretty noisy but good place for big groups. Large menu like Cheesecake factory.
I will not visit this restaurant again. The best thing about my family’s visit was being able to make reservation online and being seated within 5 minutes of arriving. It went downhill from there. After being seated, we waited about 10 minutes for a waiter to come to our table. We received 2 rolled cloth napkins with dirty silverware. One had a sticky substance on the knife and napkin. Caesar salad was missing croutons. When I asked Mgr, she said they ran out. No one told us beforehand, and when I told Mgr I shouldn’t have to pay for this incomplete salad, the Mgr said, “because of croutons?” Unbelievable! Ribs were over cooked and almost bones. Coleslaw was cabbage pieces dumped into a bowl. Whole chunks of cabbage. Waiter took too long to come back to our table to give drink refills, we had to ask him to remove empty glasses and plates, and I even had to drop off payment with someone else on the way out. This ranks as my worst restaurant experience!
The deserts are to die for! Those pizettos are seriously worth every penny. Our second time at BJs. First time the service was horrible, server and manager screaming at each other, server walked out. We thought we'd try again. Service was better, but still lacking. Wait time for drinks, appetizers, dinner, all took a long time. Salad came out without dressing, took 15 more minutes. Drink refills took another 15 minutes, and then only half. The food was tasty, nachos were fantastic. If the service could only improve, this could be a regular stop for us.
The food was okay but overall my experience was great. I had the pleasure of being served by Jaila. She was very attentive and took care of any issues that came up. I would definitely recommend her for anyone who wants to dine here.
My ears are still ringing from the noise. Three food items were wrong. One was left off the plate and never given, one was not prepared as requested. The last the waiter said they do not prepare frozen Margaritas. I had to ask for a check 6 time, the seventh I had to walk over to the hostess who sent the manager over.
I would give it another shot. It's nice having a different option in Bowie. The food was fair. There was a lot of variety, including a lot of healthy options. Nothing innovative that really jumped out at me though. I would highly recommend they invest in a dedicated person to bus tables. The appetizer plates were left on the table until we stopped someone to ask them to take them away. We had to ask for more water, and instead of refilling, they brought more water glasses out, while leaving the old ones on the table. I saw many tables with tons of glasses on them after the customers had left. Our dinner plates were left on the table even as the check was brought. We had to stack and move some out of the way just to make room to sign the check.
