We went to this restaurant to celebrate my husband and I’s birthday. We had a party of 12 our waitress was extremely slow she also forgot many things and in fact told us that lemon was not important even though we asked her for three different times the food was subpar, and the service was below subpar.

Only gave 3 stars because they had no A/C working and there were bugs flying. Also we had to keep reminding the server to refill our drinks. We only stayed due to a reservation for a special occasion. If we could have made another reservation somewhere else in the appropriate time frame we would have. Bad business so will go somewhere else.

BJs has struggled with providing good service for a while now. With staff shortages on top of that, I feel nothing has changed. Thankfully, our server Rakaia (sp?) saved our dinner experience. She stepped up to serve our table after noticing how we had been ignored. She was attentive and courteous--showing no signs of stress in her service. It was much appreciated. I would dine here again if I can sit in her section!

Even though I made reservations, I still had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. The quality of the food is mediocre at best. I will not dine here again.

It took a while for us to get waiters, but once we were acknowledged things went a little smoother.

I rated the food 4 stars because the artichoke dip wasn’t hot and it was milky. Everything else was great.

The food was ok, not as good as it has been when visiting other BJ’s locations across the country. The service was not good, server seemed disinterested in being there. He took appetizer order and it took a long time for spinach artichoke dip to arrive and then he took a long time to take dinner orders. Water refills didn’t happen often enough… asked about desserts and he never gave a menu and when I stated I wanted the cookie dessert he didn’t even engage to tell us the various types of dessert. The food was lackluster but the service was worse. I’m not sure if I’d recommend this location again.
