Food quality was poor. pizza had no cheese on it or sauce. It was just pepperoni dried out. Steak was very chewy. Drink was a starry and cranberry had no ice in it. Watched people get up and leave because no one served them. Restrooms could use a good cleaning. Waitress was grumpy until she heard us make fun of her. Our bill was over $300. We will probably never go back again. This is the second time we’ve had poor service from there in a few months.

The restaurant was very crowded as a concert was playing down the road. We were supposed to be seated at 5:15. We arrived at 5:00 but was not seated until 5:30. Ended up 20 minutes late for the concert. Food was good per usual.

Restaurant said Open Table over booked our reservation time and we had to wait an hour to be seated even though we had reservations. Not happy.

Donald the one manager & Shannon are server were excellent excellent, couldn’t ask for better! One manager while waiting to be seated was a bit of a challenge & was the only real issue I’ve ever had with a BJs. Donald & Shannon more than made up for it
