The restaurant was visibly busy so, i understand the service lacking a bit. We had a party of 5 and we all ordered at the same time. Everyone’s food came out together except mine. Again, i saw the restaurant was extremely busy so i was patient and waited. After around 15 minutes we had to hunt our server down and ask about my food. She immediately went and grabbed it. It was all cold and tasted AWFUL. I didn’t end up ordering any other food because the rest of the party was already done eating at this point. I just ordered a pizookie and we left. It was an awful birthday experience.

I always enjoy the food at BJ’s Brewhouse. The only thing that keeps me from eating there more often is the price. At $25-30 per person, my family can’t afford to eat there frequently.

No fault of our server but they need to figure something out… half table got their food The other half got food 20 minutes later . Big restaurant things should not work this way Watched other staff working all seemed overwhelmed and very moody ( grumpy)

The server was fast and ver helpful. The food all came out quickly and was hot. The Arlington location is hands down far superior to the Fort Worth Hulen location

I didn't like our server we felt extremely rushed and she kept trying to bring our check before we even got to finish our food and I over heard a conversation between the waitresses talking trash about me and my wife she kept complaining that we were taking longer than 20 minutes to eat and we were stopping her from making money and the overall experience ruined our dinner

5 adults ordered food and drinks. Food was tasteless and cold. Then waiter “padded” our bill by $65. 00 extra with stuff we didn’t order. She said oh I’m sorry. Don’t know why I did that! Stay away! Restaurant is foul.
