   My steak was awesome but the asparagus was awful. No i didn’t send it back because our waiter was working a lot of tables. Overseas things were great my guy & i enjoyed ourselves

   The staff was very rude the hostess would not look up or acknowledge you when you first got there reservations does not mean that you will be seated it just means that you'll be at the top of their waitlist very bad experience at the Arlington location I will never go back

   Very nice looks inside the place & not too expensive with friendly people inside who try & keep it down when they do talk. The food & drinks are very good & the music & TVs & lights by the seating area.

    Made reservations ... arrived on time for reservation. Was told it would be 45-50 minutes and that my reservation only got me on the list. We left, made resevations at a nearby restaurant and were then paged saying our table was ready. The hostess was nice but apparently either does not know how reservations work or BJs doesn’t.

    The staff greeted us with a smile and our table was ready upon check in. The waitress did an excellent job, refills without having to ask and made sure our party of 6 was not needing anything else. Food was hot, fresh, and tasted excellent.

    Was glad to see BJs was open. Food and service were fine. Alternating tables were in use with scan code menus like most others. So, take your phone.

    Making a reservation doesn’t seem to help the wait. We had a reservation but were seated late, after other parties our size (without reservations) were seated. Picked this restaurant solely so we wouldn’t have to wait in the current environment.

    Dining during then re-entry phases from COVID is a different experience, but BJ’s has nailed it perfectly. From using your smartphone to review the menu and pay your bill to added cleanliness protocols, the staff and managers have hit it out of the park. The food is solid, good portions and great flavor. The service is attentive while not being overbearing. And the check-in through leaving is pleasant. I’d go back to BJ’s in the Highlands again and again.

    All was well with the restaurant but service was not up to par. There were only about 8 tables dining at the time. Our server, after serving our initial meal and drinks, never came back to refill drinks.

    It took 30 minutes to get the appetizer to the table, and another 20 minutes after appetizer to get food. Pizza wasn't warm or hot when they brought it to the table. Disappointed.

    I’ve been to the bjs multiple times and they have great food but our server kinda made us feel like we were not welcomed or better yet he just didn’t want to be there kept giving us just short answers like he was annoyed but other than that every time I go I always have a great time

    6pm reservation, showed up about 10 minutes before. Hostess said it would be 15 minutes - ok no problem. Hostess failed to say they would text when table was ready. Texted at 6:01, and by 6:06 our table had been given away. Had to wait 15 min for a booth to clear. Once seated the service and food was great but the host stand was disorganized at best.

    The seared Ahi salad I ordered was drenched in dressing, which is why I gave the food the lowest rating. Within a short time after starting to eat the salad the lettuce and other fixings at the bottom of the bowl were soggy and limp. Perhaps I should have sent it back as soon as I noticed that I had enough dressing for at least 2+ salads, but I did not. The 3 other people in our party had no issues with their food (which is our typical experience at BJ's).

    The staff was very accommodating to my request for an easily accessible table due to someone in our group requiring a walker. The food was excellent . Our waiter was attentive and pleasant even thought he was very busy. The bar was able to fill a to go order for us very quickly as well,
