   We made sure to do a reservation as soon as they opened at 11am because we were bringing a baby with us. I went in to let them know we had the baby in the car and would like to know where we were going to be seated. They seated us and all was going well. The baby was asleep in the stroller. I let the waitress know she was asleep and even let her peek in on her.  The entire restaurant was empty yet they decided to seat some very loud obnoxious people right behind us. It startled the baby and woke her up and we ended up having to move. She let us sit wherever we wanted to so we chose a booth in the corner. For the price we paid for the food, the mahi-mahi tacos were very bland. The size of the mac and cheese balls were hardly enough to be under the "shareable" category. The wings were good but we asked for carrots with our ranch. They didn't have carrots. Never been to a restaurant that served wings without offering both celery and carrots with them. The waitress told us that she would be able to take a picture of us seated behind the baby with the cookie in front of her for her birthday. When we looked for her to do so, we couldn't find her so we asked a lady across the table to help us out. Also I specifically asked for a mini size but she brought out a full size. When I went to go pay, I was fumbling with my phone. It had me scan the QR code. I'm a rewards member so I don't understand why it didn't open right away. I had to login then go back out and scan the code again and then I had to add the card manually and no matter how many times I clicked submit,it would not take The waitress came back and said oh that's because I had to manually approve it. Why couldn't I just hand you my card then as it was so obvious that we were fiddling with the baby and she was fussy and the whole experience was lousy. For two ladies to walk out having paid $80 including this $13 gratuity for a lunch was just way too much for what we experienced. I doubt we will be back.

   Austin best waiter ever the drinks were great and the food came in a timely manner. No wait time with our reservation awesome

   I love BJ's and have been there many times. The service was very slow on this visit, and the kitchen served my companion a burger with raw bacon. The waiter was completely courteous in offering to get new bacon slices, but he soon came back to the table and said the kitchen wanted him to take the old bacon to "prove" that it was raw. He took the old bacon back and soon came back with 2 slices of crispy bacon.

   This is my second time coming. The second time, it was a full house but loved the whole atmosphere. We ordered wings and mozzarella sticks for the appetizers and had shrimp pasta and the hickory brisket BBQ burger. Everything was amazing, and so was our waiter. Will be coming back again.

   I used Open Table to reserve for our large party, and it was quite smooth. We were seated right away. Service was courteous. Food did not take very long. There were no distractions to keep us from having a good time.
