Great experience !

Great food, great service and a great time like always! Bites should be your go to place for Asian food! We especially recommend the taro fries and the lava maki!

Food was great! Only thing was the busboys/servers kept rushing us to take our plates when we weren’t quite finished. Happened 2-3 times and it was frustrating

The drinks were really good but the service was horrendous. We were there for over two hours, had to ask for our waiter every time and never got drink refills nor had the time to order our full meal.

I absolutely loved everything about BITES. I will be back!!

Crab Rangoon is really good the shrimp sumo is ok the wings were ok those were the apps the main course was general tso chicken sandwich which was good and honey chicken i believe with rice was ok we also had steak fried rice was the rice had flavor i didnt care for the steak the dessert was a cheesecake wasnt the cheesecake i was expecting but was really good this was my first time came for restaurant week

Had a reservation for 6pm, the waiter did not take our order until 6:25 and they had ran out of a few things from the menu. The food was good but very disappointed on the service.

Food was delicious, servers were friendly, food came out in a timely manner, and the ambiance of the outdoor patio was really nice. The only thing that was awkward is that the two person tables on the outdoor patio are very small! And since the ground is uneven, our table was wobbly and one of the drinks spilled a little. But that was minor, the overall experience was great.

We waited 55 minutes for our drinks and even longer for appetizer. Food was good but the wait was unacceptable. Then a rat ran underneath our table.

I enjoyed this place! I will go back and order from the full menu in the future.

BITES is incredible! I normally do not write reviews but I could not resist! Staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming - all staff is greeting you from cooks to host to bar staff. Restaurant week did not disappoint! Great value and they did not short you on food! Will definitely be coming back!

Everyone was so kind. My goodness. Cant get over it. And the food??? Crab Rangoon’s were AMAZING, duck ramen? AMAZING. Ugh I’ll be back!!!

Very good price for how much food you get for restaurant week. We loved our cocktails, the food was tasty. But maybe they were a little under staffed. Our orange chicken and duck raman were a bit dried out, like they say under a warmer for a while. But we liked the food, so we will be back to see if that was just a one time thing

LOVE bites!!! Service is great and food is the best in the area. Everything is amazing but I recommend the coconut shrimp.

I rarely leave reviews but this this experience was so disappointing. I have been to Bites a few times and always loved it - I took a friend and we had a pretty bad time. There was one server but a packed restaurant, it took forever to order and I had to ask for more water twice. Once we finally got our meals they were nearly ice cold. My fries tasted like they were still raw in the middle and my fried chicken was cold to the touch. I NEVER send food back but I couldn't eat it. It felt like they cooked it and then put it in a freezer for 15 minutes.

I believe they were just severely understaffed. I may try again in the future since they do have a great menu.

Outdoor dining. Food and service was excellent tho. Very intimate and nice ambiance.

Would recommend for the delicious food and drink options! The boozy boba was a nice treat, along with the crab rangoon and maki rolls. The wait was a bit longer than we anticipated, so I’d recommend being aware of the timing when making a reservation.

Our waitress Jip was fantastic! She was attentive and thoughtful. We enjoyed our time and will be back!

Outstanding service and quality of food. The drinks are presented beautifully, and are superb! The food was so tasty and beautiful, with so much flavor packed in. Definitely didn’t disappoint!
