We ended up getting a table in a slightly private area, which was probably better for the other diners as we were a little excited. We got a selection of dumplings to share to start, the soup dumplings in particular were lovely and the broth was delicious. We got a variety of mains that were passed around, Duck Bao Buns, Spice bag bao buns, couple of sushi pieces, sweet & sour rice bowls, sides including kimchi, edamame and black garlic mayo fries. The black garlic mayo was particularly delicious but everything I ate was top notch. Between all the food, several bottles of wine and a few beers, it only cost us around €65 each including tip. Staff were extremely attentive, the view out to Dublin Bay is gorgeous. If you're going to the Bord Gais Theatre, could not recommend this place highly enough.

Visited this place for a date night, but I wouldn’t be in a hurry to return. We arrived at 8 p.m. and were seated promptly. The waitress asked for our drink order, and we went with sparkling water. Barely a minute later, she asked if we were ready to order food. I asked for two more minutes, but when she came back, she reminded us—rather firmly—that the place closes at 9. From there, the experience went downhill. We placed our order, and as soon as we finished eating (while we were still sipping our beers), the waitress brought us the bill—without us asking for it. She came back again shortly after, so I just paid by card and we left. Not exactly the relaxed evening we had in mind.

Delicious food, we shared the spice bag bao buns and both had a rice bowl each. Only complaint was they didn’t have wine glasses.

Quiet restaurant with exceptional food! It’s at the far east of the river where fewer restaurants are located, otherwise I’m sure they would be packed most of the time. The silverhill Peking duck is expertly cooked and portions were generous. I highly recommend this place.
