Upon arrival we requested a table not in the main room which was a bit loud and were immediately accommodated in the side area. The food was delicious, the wine menu had something for everyone and the service wonderful. The brunch celebrating two friend's birthdays could not have been more delightful. I look forward to a return visit.
Amazing experience! One of our best in Chicago. The staff was impeccable, the food divine and the setting was ideal for catching up with a friend. I cannot rave enough about how wonderful this restaurant is.
We had a nice brunch in a quiet corner of the restaurant food was great and so was the service
Overall good visit, highlights included a very nice sea bass special entree, low lights included a ravioli that was served cool and pommes frites that appeared to be "the bottom of the bucket" versus other tables. Server was somewhat distracted, at times very quick (almost hurrying us along), and disappearing at others. All that said, overall was good experience.
Lovely space, high energy, but very tightly spaced. Waiter and service staff were pleasant and very professional. Delicious meal preparation and presentation. Great option for dinner or just drinks and small plate option. Bravo!
Fantastic food, great evening!
Our wait person was very kind in arranging for a valet for our car. We had an extended lunch and did not feel rushed in the least.
Nice place, but a bit small
the food was great but the wine selection was limited for a restaurant of this kind. Service was friendly, but if you are unlucky and sit next to the door; cold breeze is coming your way.
Otherwise, it was a great/quiet atmosphere
Easter or not Mike remains one of our neighborhood favorites. We were there on a cold winters night, and the food drinks and Service made us feel very warm.
Our first time and we will be back. We were impressed by the friendly, authentic setting and staff. It was a cold night and the hot French caulif. soup hit just the right note. Nice selection of courses on the menu, good wine. Relaxed and well-paced.
