This is my go to weekend brunch spot. My longtime friend and I meet here regularly and Aisha always knows our drinks and what we usually order. This weekend my friend and I were both recuperating from some tough family elder care issues and this was the perfect place for us to decompress.

Best kept secret near Columbus Circle! Lovely restaurant within Nordstroms for a great lunch or early dinner in a neighborhood that seems to have nothing in between takeout places and super expensive tourist and expense account places, and right across the street from Jazz at Lincoln Center and down the block from Carnegie Hall, near all subways, too! Very bright, airy, with friendly service a nice menu of salads, sandwiches and entrees with extremely moderate prices. There's a beautiful outdoor patio with a view (too cold to go but we will try next time. We have a new place in midtown!

When you are used to cramped, noisy restaurants in NYC, being in a roomy open setting was lovely, although we sat on the outdoor patio.

Our server (Nelson) is first rate! Good food, outstanding service. I love Bistro Verde and oh, what teamwork. Nelson is the greatest! As are others on BV staff.

What a wonderful surprise - in a department store in NYC! Lovely restaurant - bright and spacious and open super clean kitchen! AND an outdoor seating area. SO nice. Lovely waiter and delicious fresh salad. Made my day!
