We were regulars at the original location in Lawrery Square. Once it relocated we had not been back. This was our first visit and we completely enjoy it! We will return many more times and look forward to their updated menus throughout the year.

Took my wife here for her birthday. Reserved a table online and mentioned it was her birthday, and when we arrived they confirmed with us whose birthday it was, but then never did anything with that information (like no dessert or drink or anything, which I feel is a pretty standard thing to expect at a nice restaurant). The outside and inside seating spaces looked great, very nice ambiance, friendly staff. Our starter was good. Midway through eating our entrees, my wife found a long hair in her tuna nicoise. We had to send it back and then it took a fairly long time for her to be served a new plate, so she insisted I go ahead and eat my entree without waiting or it would have gone cold. These things happen so the hair wasn't a huge deal, but I would expect a replacement plate to go to the top of the kitchen queue to reduce a wait. Staff were apologetic and told us we wouldn't be charged for her entree. When they brought the new entree, she didn't have any cutlery so she asked for some. They went back to get a fork, then had to go back to also get a knife. We ordered a cheese plate and then had to ask for a knife to cut it with. Just quite a lot of waiting around and having to catch wait staff eyes. Food overall was pretty good, the wine was nice, and the tiramisu was very good. The hiccup of the hair was obviously not great but there were just so many things that went a bit wrong we didn't come away from it with a great view of the restaurant.

We had been to Bistro Vendome often when we lived in Denver. This was our first time back in a year. The food was excellent as was the service and the wine list. However, the chef has changed and the Bistro Vendome no longer serves what were the best mashed potatoes in the United States. In the past they matched the mashed potatoes once only Joël Robuchon could make. We will still go back because the food is so good, especially for the prices. But the mashed potatoes are missed.

It was another wonderful movie night! This time the movie was Princess Bride :) Was very happy with the food and re-watching a movie from my childhood. I try to come to as many of these movie nights as I can, it's the best way to spend a Monday evening!

Our waiter was overwhelmed by being the only server on the patio. Our food was brought to the table with long pauses in between. One entree was not what was ordered and had to be redone causing yet another delay. No refills for drinks. Brunch food was delivered cold and soggy. What a mess!!!
