Award-winning chef, Chad Pritchard, brings the joy and delight of classic French cuisine to downtown Provo with Bistro Provenance. The menu includes classic French bistro dishes including Steak Frites, Croque Madame, Duck Confit, Poulet Roti, Steak Tartare, Escargot, Fresh Oysters, and much more all using carefully sourced ingredients. Bistro Provenance features a full bar with wine, beer, and cocktails as well as an open kitchen where guests can watch our talented chefs in action. Open for lunch 11-2 and dinner 5-9. Weekend brunch served Friday-Sunday 7:30-2. Closed for dinner on Sunday. Private dining available.
