   Very good experience, again and again. Best in Lexington VA. (Little Charleston SC). Meatloaf dish and cod dish were flavorful, right temperature and great presentation. Service is also the best in Lexington VA. The Abigail Inn is place to stay!

    Visiting from out of town. Not crowded, and staff very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the food was lacking. Spring roll appetizer ok, yet “chef’s special” shepherd’s pie was very under seasoned and poorly executed. The grits in shrimp and grits very soupy.

    A very pleasant evening and wonderful food. We had a variety, salmon, butternut squash ravioli, and a fish special. Everything was delicious and all personnel were friendly and efficient.

    Excellent service and Excellent meals are found here. We’ve driven over an hour 2-4 times a year to eat here. I only wish they had a weekend brunch

    Happy to be there..good atmosphere..a lot of families with their kids in college. Waitstaff seemed very busy but handled it well. Food was so so..both of us had the specials..stuffed flounder and the shepherds pie..could have done with more seasoning. They were also out of a lot of stuff.

    Great service and food. Small town restaurant with lots of charm. Wish the music was a little louder, our dinner involved hearing everyone around us and their conversation. Made it a little awkward. Other than that, staff was wonderful.
