As usual, the apps, drinks and meal were top-drawer. Calamari, tiger shrimp and lobster cakes were outstanding appetizers. And the pork chop, salmon and shrimp/sausage pasta dishes were as well. Highly recommend any and all of them. A special thank you to our server, Matthew, who took extra care of the gluten and dairy free member of our party. So many restaurants are not as careful as Bistro North when it comes to that.

Service was amazing and we even had an anniversary card signed by all of the staff. Food and wine was delicious. We were seated in the side room that has beautiful Mountain View’s which added to the ambience.

The waiter was ok. He didn’t know What sparkle was he said it was a grain lol. He was kinda off. Everything else was amazing. We had the bison ribs Omg !! Salad was amazing. Everything. 10 out of 10. Waiter was 4 out of 10.

Love the Brie app!! Beautiful views from the energetic (AKA: noisy) atrium! Dalton, the Sommelier delivered the Molly Duker wine and explained something unique about it. Highly recommend you order that wine there and ask Dalton to explain!! Abigail was a very attentive server.

The bistro was very nice inside. We had a view out the window from our table. My gnocchi was spectacular and drinks were great. They had a jalapeño infused tequila that was quite tasty. I highly recommend the Bistro North.

Absolutely beautiful place. The views are breathtaking of the mountains. The food was superb. I had the salmon and my husband had chicken marsala. We had expresso crème’s brûlée’s, oh my gosh it was so amazing. My husband was laughing at me because I was so happy and savoring every bite. I had a Violette Creme drink that was light and delicious. The patio has a great fire pit with seating and there are tables outside too. This is such a wonderful space. It is warm and inviting. Please check this beautiful place out.

So excited to finally have a high end restaurant in the Dillon/Keystone corridor. Everything about our evening was fabulous - great food and service and lovely ambiance. Also pleased with the varied wine selection. We will definitely be back and can't wait to sit out on the patio!

Attentive staff, nice location/ambiance, great food except that the venison chop was undercooked. One of the staff members picked up on it as raw venison is hard to delicately cut through and so it was brought back to the kitchen to be warmed up. While that did help further cook some of the meat on the chop; the portion next to the bone remained raw. Sadly, only about half of it ended up being consumed. Otherwise, great food.

Bistro North was a much needed "fine dining" option in Dillon. We love going there, whether it be sitting at the bar and ordering appetizers, or sitting in the dining room and having a nice dinner and bottle of wine. We have never had a less than great experience there, but something was off Sunday night. We made a reservation for Easter night and had a nice table by the window. We ordered a bottle of wine, which was no longer available, but the substitute bottle was good. It just took too long to arrive to our table. It was not busy, so not sure why it took a long time. We decided to share the salmon, but my husband ordered soup first, and I ordered the asparagus, both of which were very good. Then...we sat and waited and waited and waited for our salmon. We were there for over an hour before we received our entree. The last time we ordered the salmon and split it, the chef split it for us. This time, when it finally arrived, we had to split it ourselves. I don't mind paying extra for a split plate charge if the chef would do it for us. Incidentally, the salmon was great. I love the pesto and the risotto served with it. The main disappointment was the extra long wait for our entree. Our entire bottle of wine was done by the time the food was delivered. I'm. not sure if it was the server or the kitchen, but please, do not make us wait over an hour for our entree.

Cocktails were great. Nice variety and good happy hour pricing. Appetizers were less than we expected. The description was not specific enough. Both the shrimp and the buffalo califlower were breaded and fried so that was a huge disappointment. Plating of the food was below average.

Overall, amazing experience. I will be recommending this place to everyone. A little noisy at times but I think because we were a party of two in a sea of parties of 10. Food was incredible and unfortunately left too full to try dessert, so going to have to go back!

Our dinner at Bistro North was fantastic! We enjoyed every part of our fine dining experience in Dillon. Our daughters loved the options on the children’s menu including the specialty drinks. As for the adults, we loved the escargot and calamari for appetizers, as well as the pine nut encrusted salmon which was so flavorful and prepared with a delicious sauce! I loved my crime of passion martini; the drink was exquisite! Bistro North’s house limoncello was phenomenal as well. Last, our sever Brittany (hope I spelled her name correctly) was so friendly, accommodating and made our dinner a wonderful experience.

This was our first trip to Bistro North, I'm sure it won't be our last. Our server, Hank, was excellent! His knowledge of the menu as well as the wine & cocktails was impressive. The food was very good. We were told this establishment is farm to table, that is always appreciated and in it is reflected in the menu items. This is not your average eatery!
