   This restaurant has a fantastic view, and is walkable Olas Altas. The dinner was delicious, and the service fantastic! Definitely worth more visits.

   We booked for Sunday evening hoping to have the featured prime rib. Were quite disappointed to learn from Bruce that it was cancelled and because we booked with Open Table we didn’t get notice about that. We had the regular roast beef instead and while it was good it wasn’t prime rib. Yorkshire pudding was great as were the setting and service. Would go back.

   An excellent meal. Attentive service and an amazing view - especially at sunset! Only open 3 months but a must do for everyone visiting!

   The food, service and view were absolutely amazing. This is a must place to go on your trip to Puerto Vallarta.

   I am not one to post bad reviews, but our experience at Bistro Limon was very disappointing. The restaurant was not busy, the service was nonexistent, the food was less than satisfactory. The gentleman who greeted us upon arrival was very welcoming and later helped with the service. The beef was tough and had no flavor. It seemed like they had just opened up and had lack of training. The old Vista Grill that was there previously was outstanding. Bistro Limon has a long way to go to match the quality, ambiance and service Vista Grill offered. Hope the owner and staff take this review to better serve their future customers.

   It was my husband birthday and the celebration was very enjoyable. Yaya was extremely attentive to our table. Will go again.

   We have been at Chef Bruce's restaurant a number of times but this is the first time in the new location where the old Vista Grill used to be. High up on the hill slope, the view had changed quite a bit since I last visited Vista Grill some 10 years ago with lots more tall building but we still had a beautiful sunset view at the lounge area before moving to our table. Food was good as ever, we started with Wedge salad, heirloom tomato soup and jalenpeno poppers. Both the salad and soup are simple idea that are done perfect, a sign of skills. The jalenpeno poppers are huge, 5 peppers stuffed with wasabi cream cheese and rolled in panko, this can easily be a main course for one or a shared appertiser for 3 to 4 people. We were there on Sunday, so I had to have the Prime Rib. A thick piece of prime rib done medium rare, fat melting in the mouth, seasoned simply with Montreal steak spice, exquisite! My two dinner companions had the pork shank and ribs. The sauce on the rib was divine and the shank was tenden and juicy. The potions are huge! Make sure you take your big appetite with you or be prepared to take half the meal back, which we did, for a great snack next day. Ya ya and the rest of the serving staffs was attentive and efficient, Chef Bruce came out to check on us a few times and chat. Overall it was a great experience. The restaurant atmodphere is relaxing and welcoming. We will be back next trip.

    One of the most beautiful views. Everything was great especially considering it has only been open a few months. Great service. Outstanding food. We will be back. My only suggestion would be a few more wine by the glass choices.
