Le Bistro Le Cerf-Volant est un « apportez votre vin » de Tétreaultville, situé dans l’espace rénové de l'ancienne Taverne Reeves. Mené par Matthieu Bonneau et Benjamin de Châteauneuf, ce bistro propose une cuisine bistronomique moderne, mettant en avant des produits frais et de saison, servis dans une ambiance conviviale et élégante. Le décor, signé par l’atelier Catherine Catherine, marie harmonieusement l’héritage du lieu avec une touche contemporaine. Le menu, conçu par Robert Lapaj, se distingue par sa créativité et ses associations de saveurs uniques. Les spécialités et coups de coeur des clients sont certainement les pierogies aux champignons ainsi que le fameux beignet au bacon et butterscotch.

    Incontournable et imbattable à tous les niveaux ! La nourriture est toujours savoureuse, fraîche et parfaitement exécutée. Chaque plat est un délice. L’ambiance est chaleureuse, accueillante et pleine de charme. Le service est irréprochable : souriant, attentionné et toujours professionnel. C’est tout simplement la perle du quartier. On y retourne encore et encore avec le même plaisir. Une adresse à découvrir… et à adopter !

    Incroyablement délicieux!!! Très heureuse d’avoir été à ce restaurant et ainsi découvrir de la haute cuisine. Ça fait du bien car dans L’Est, il n’y a pas grand-chose de sophistiqué!

    Souper en couple, très agréable. Mathieu, le proprio, est très présent et sait créer une ambiance conviviale et décontractée. Excellente cuisine et service impeccable. Bravo!

    Excellent service, menu de qualité à bon prix. Nous avons mangé à l’extérieur sur la petite terrasse, et c’était très agréable. Merci pour cette belle soirée.
