Here is the background on the makeup of our Restaurant.The Bistro was born in September of 2002. Owned and operated by Declan Hoctor, Executive Chef: Paul Hughes, and John & Angela O’Sullivan of Roly’s Bistro of Dublin (Ireland). Our Fare is American with a European flair. Executive Chef, Paul Hughes trained in the Savoy Hotel in London for 9 years as well as Roly’s Bistro in Dublin, two of the most respected hostelries in Europe. Roly’s in Dublin was voted Restaurant of the year for 2010, also voted Chef of the year. Our team of Chef’s has won numerous competitions, and awards representing restaurant & country for their creative and inventive food. We love what we do! Just remember!

    One of our local favorites. Excellent service, a near perfect martini every time, and lobster cream sauce that is to die for! The Bistro never disappoints!

    Our meal was outstanding! From the wedge salad to the generous entree of rack of lamb cooked perfectly.The au gratin potatoes were the best I’ve ever eaten! The beef filet was delicious and grilled correctly. The soufflés were exquisite! This was our second time dining here. We will return again. Thank you for en enjoyable evening celebration!
