Here is the background on the makeup of our Restaurant.The Bistro was born in September of 2002.Owned and operated by Declan & Maria Hoctor, Executive Chef: Paul Hughes, and John & Angela O’Sullivan of Roly’s Bistro of Dublin (Ireland). Our Fare is American with a European flair. Executive Chef, Paul Hughes trained in the Savoy Hotel in London for 9 years as well as Roly’s Bistro in Dublin, two of the most respected hostelries in Europe. Roly’s in Dublin was just voted Restaurant of the year for 2010, also voted Chef of the year. Our team of Chef’s has won numerous competitions, and awards representing restaurant & country for their creative and inventive food. We love what we do! Just remember!

This was my second visit to the Bistro. It was outstanding each time. The food is superb. We had an attentive waiter and his assistant, the atmosphere was conducive to conversation and we loved our overall experience. So did our guests. Just wonderful!

Excellent service.
Food was perfect- filet and rack of lamb. Both cooked to perfection. Beet salad was definitely worth a trip back!
Nice selection of Chardonnay's.

Ambience is good. Service staff were excellent- attentive, personable and readily personalized service. The menu offerings are varied with interesting pairings with each item. The food was delicious. The beet salad with arugula and vanilla dressing was fabulous and I will be ordering it again and again. The roasted chicken entree with potatoes and apricots was superb. Highly recommend this restaurant!!

Vacationing in FL and ran across this place and was pleasantly surprised. Great atmosphere, and my wife said the lamb chops were terrific. Fixed Prix dinner before 6:15 is a real deal. Good selection and great deal. Also, a good wine list.

First time to the restaurant as it's a distance from where we live (1 hr.). Went specifically for the Dover sole and wasn't disappointed ($45 pp). We also shared the duck wonton which came with a small salad (a bit too much dressing for my taste altho' it was very tasty). The potato that came with the sole was excellent. Hubby had a souffle for dessert which he enjoyed; I had a mini shot-glass mousse/brownie which was yummy. Hubby enjoyed his martini while we nibbled on delicious roll with some of the liver pate/mousse. Good pour for our wines, including a Sancerre. Nicely decorated restaurant -- it was very quiet that evening with just a handful of tables occupied, which was surprising for a Friday night. Lovely large bar (outdoor bar as well).

The decor and the table settings were very nice and the service was outstanding. The food was excellent, if a little over priced, but I knew that going in as I had been there once before. It is a good spot for special occasions where you don't mind stretching your budget for the evening.

Bistro is great value and the food is always reliable. They have a prim fix with two or three course plus a great ala carte menu. We usually go there before going to theatre and they have special discount for early birds.
