Here is the background on the makeup of our Restaurant.The Bistro was born in September of 2002. Owned and operated by Declan Hoctor, Executive Chef: Paul Hughes, and John & Angela O’Sullivan of Roly’s Bistro of Dublin (Ireland). Our Fare is American with a European flair. Executive Chef, Paul Hughes trained in the Savoy Hotel in London for 9 years as well as Roly’s Bistro in Dublin, two of the most respected hostelries in Europe. Roly’s in Dublin was voted Restaurant of the year for 2010, also voted Chef of the year. Our team of Chef’s has won numerous competitions, and awards representing restaurant & country for their creative and inventive food. We love what we do! Just remember!

We enjoyed multiple shared appetizers, a bottle of wine and great smoked old fashioneds. It was another lovely evening with Ariel and staff. Everything is delicious! Service if fabulous! See you soon!

Our first time at The Bistro. Went after reading reviews on Open Table. Was not disappointed. Nice menu with many options and specials made decisions difficult. Our server Beverly was attentive and friendly. Ordered the soufflés and they were the perfect ending to a delicious meal. Will be coming back!

Another fantastic delicious dinner at the Bistro. Tuna appetizer great taste quality and freshness all of us had Snapper in parchment so delicious. Such a great fun place. Alex our server was great funny and pleasant as always with great service Thanks for the four of us having a wonderful evening

The place is beautiful. The server was very good and knowledgeable. Snails were ok, not outstanding. Onion soup was excellent. Lobster tails had no flavor. Price was high for an average meal.

Great service by Alex, not rushed. Salmon was perfection (as always) as were our pre-dinner drinks, grand Marnier soufflé, Brie appetizer, mussels, & Mahi! Should have more crab in the tomato crab bisque.

Great food and great service from Ivan Sliced tuna appetizer and pear arugula salad were great. We order Snapper in parchment and it was delicious winderfuly prepared and delicious Wonderful food and service what could be better? Love the Bistro
