Here is the background on the makeup of our Restaurant.The Bistro was born in September of 2002. Owned and operated by Declan Hoctor, Executive Chef: Paul Hughes, and John & Angela O’Sullivan of Roly’s Bistro of Dublin (Ireland). Our Fare is American with a European flair. Executive Chef, Paul Hughes trained in the Savoy Hotel in London for 9 years as well as Roly’s Bistro in Dublin, two of the most respected hostelries in Europe. Roly’s in Dublin was voted Restaurant of the year for 2010, also voted Chef of the year. Our team of Chef’s has won numerous competitions, and awards representing restaurant & country for their creative and inventive food. We love what we do! Just remember!

    My husband had the best pork chops ever and we had the liver which was so flavorful and tender. Our waitress was a doll service was great!

    We have eaten many times at the bistro, and the food is always excellent. The fish in the parchment paper is always excellent. The salads were crisp and delicious and the flourless chocolate cake that you gave my wife who is gluten-free, she said it was the best she ever had.

    Had our Easter dinner at the Bistro. The choices on the price fixed menu were numerous and the food was delicious. Our server was polite and very attentive. We had a wonderful holiday meal. Will definitely return.

    Very enjoyable dinner. Sat outside on a perfect day. Food was delicious as usual. Always nice to celebrate our special days at the Bistro.

    Easter lunch at Bistro did not disappoint. Mom and I both had the snapper in parchment paper. Everything was delicious and the portions were generous. It was lovely sitting outside on the patio near the waterfall.

    The food was superb. I had liver which was perfectly cooked. My wife had Sea Bass and she said is was outstanding. We wll definitely return soon.

    Excellent food choices and cocktails have a great pour. Beverly was wonderful and thank Andrea for the great cocktails. Loved the lobster raviolis!
