Chef Sathya Ramalingam, Trained in Michelin-starred restaurants in London, honed his skills under celebrity chefs Anthony Demetree at Arbutus (1*Michelin) Wild Honey, and chef Emmanuel Bonneau at London Hilton on Park Lane. His creations go beyond tradition, offering dishes that carry deep personal meaning—inviting diners to experience his passion through Bistro De Paris. Some of his signature dishes are Slow cooked duck, beef Bourguignon and Bombe Alaska. He was also one of the finalists at young chef of the year back in London in 2010.

Unfortunately food was terrible after a 2 hour wait!! This was a special occasion but spoilt with a long wait for the food, my daughter was starving and it was her birthday! My mother came from interstate and we love French food but very disappointing.
