One of the best lunch places in the World, fabulous food and fantastic service.
Calamari starter not great .. Main Course although tasted very nice and presented nicely all 3 where served Luke warm so obviously been stood a while before served so disappointing.. great location nice atmosphere..
This was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had.
Food arrived quicker than McDonalds before drinks and bread!!!!
Obviously prepared. It was our 44 wedding anniversary and we were in and out in less than 30 mins!!!!!
Everything was great except couldn’t hear each other speak as a noisy table next to us with ladies..
Maybe don’t cramp in tables to close to each other as I couldn’t move from another chair with a man sitting in it was right up against my chair
Besides from that everything else was great
I ordered Kingfish sashimi. It was served at room temperature. It should have been chilled. Also the construction of the dish meant the tastes did not blend. A very poor presentation.
The main course also was very poorly constructed with competing rather than blending tastes.
Whoever is designing the dishes needs to be replaced. Perhaps even a new chief if the quality of the food is to be of value.
All staff were lovely. Very friendly and accommodating. the food as always was delicious and great variety. Atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. A very pleasant evening. Never had a bad experience at Bistro C.
Noise level is off putting.
Had to speak very loudly (yell) on a table of 4 to be heard by the others.
My husband and I have visited Bistro C many times over the last couple of years but I would not go back again. The food quality is appalling for the cost there are much better restaurants in Noosa and sunshine beach - eg. Sum Young Guys
Overall the meal was poor, it was very noisy and hot and everything seemed very rushed. Not a great experience, would not recommend.
Nice atmosphere, attentive and accommodating waiting staff. Food is good but not outstanding in any way.
The confit duck was very average, Not crisp skin which was disappointing and please please, bread is treated like an entree as in many Queensland restaurants. It's an excuse to charge for bread where the very good and great restaurants in Australia serve bread as a complimentary gesture, appreciating your patronage.
If you must ,serve and charge for bread if it has extras with it, but OFFER plain bread and butter or oil at no charge. If you can't do that then build the price into the meal to cover the flour and water.
Happy to leave a tip ,but charge for bread and that is the tip. Sorry but it's the staff that loses, Not the proprietors.
Absolutely brilliant the best of everything, food, service the speed the dinner was served was awesome and the staff are the nicest we’ve encountered.
Always consistently good. Food, view, ambience, every time we come up to Noosa from Victoria we always make a point of going whether breakfast, lunch or dinner .
I have been to this restaurant on many occasions unfortunately the service was most disappointing this time. We requested an outside table as it was my birthday and on arrival were told to wait while they looked into what had happened to our table. We were then informed that they couldn’t seat us outside but had a table right next to the window which they were setting for us. Sadly the table was then given away to other diners and we were sat at the back of the restaurant. The manager was quite abrupt when he informed us that we ‘had only booked yesterday!’ He said that he would let us know if another table became available which he did when we had finished our meal. We didn’t bother changing tables, we decided to enjoy dessert and wine elsewhere. How hard can it be to reserve a table??? Incompetence and a lack of customer service spoilt a lovely family celebration.
Great place, food and service. But a bit too noisy ambiance
Overly priced for what was average sashimi, sickening cocktails, good calamari, great short rib though. Service no better than a McDonald’s
Our family love to dine at Bistro C - we always have a great dining experience here.
Staff are amazing and nothing is a problem
Great cocktails and wonderful ambiance
We will return time and time again
Food and location was good but not good enough to make up for everything else
The restaurant is way too noisy inside... we could barely hear each other talk.
Service overall wasn't great. I certainly didn't feel like a valued customer.... more of an inconvenience to the staff
I mentioned on the booking that it was a joint 1st and 72nd birthday but there wasn't so much of a mention or birthday wish from any staff. Pretty poor effort - it doesn't take much to just wish someone a happy birthday. But that sums up the service perfectly.... it just felt like you didn't care
I wouldn't book again or recommend it to friends
Was disappointed in the food. Way too busy and overdone with sauces. I had the eye fillet and my wife had the barramundi special.
Huge entrees make the rest of the meal uncomfortable. Frankly the entrees were main course sized. The fish dishes were good as was the pork belly. The big disappointment was the signature dish - spaghetti seafood - which was overwhelmed by vast amounts of sliced garlic. The watery sauce was tasteless and overall a very disappointing dish.
Great food and service, disappointed by the unacceptable noise levels
As always Bistro C is perfect! From the perfect table, to the perfect food and the perfect outlook that says “Noosa” Throw in a charming waiter and quick service and you have the quintessential Noosa experience. We’ve been coming to Bistro C since the year dot and will continue to do so. Don’t go changing guys!
3 of us had eye fillet sitting on a roti of potato. My steak was smaller than the other two and vegetables were probably 10 peas on my plate! And I left the garlic butter.
Enjoyed the banana toffee cheesecake, yum!
Have been here a lot. Bit disappointed with mine but the lads loved theirs.
As a regular patron of Bistro C the consisentcy of service, food quality and reasonable pricing in the prime dining location adjacent to the beach is unmatched in Noosa
Before i had booked flights up from Melbourne, i booked a table at Bistro C as i have always loved visiting when up in Noosa - and Bistro C didn't disappoint! Best meal, fantastic service and the best setting in Noosa!
Food is always outstanding and the service is of high standard.
Bit cold outside with no blankets
Had to move inside
But very good food and service
My Dad and partner were visiting from WA. Loved the atmosphere, restaurant and décor, and the location over looking Noosa’s main beach. The food was spectacular and the staff were friendly and made our time their special. I had the Red Miso Pork Belly salad (to die for), Dad had the chicken Caesar salad and miss Joy had the Coconut Chicken Salad. Beautiful lunch, thank you.
The service and the food was outstanding! The seafood spaghetti was the best I have had in years!!
We had made a mistake with our Open Table online booking date, and we thus turned up without a booking for the night we THOUGHT we booked, but they fitted us in without issue and it was very much appreciated
Service was terrible
Had to repeat order because waitress forgot
Food bland and dry
Best bistro in Queensland. Delicious food variable choices each time and fantastic service.
I was expecting a high end experience but it felt more like a pub meal. Very noisy and packed in like sardines.
We love Bistro C. Whenever in Noosa we always organise several dinners or lunches.
We happened across Bistro C when visiting Noosa 2 years ago, that first time was absolutely amazing and faultless. This time was almost as good but not quite up there.
Despite that, we will be back during future visits.
The staff on the whole, are amazing and very welcoming, friendly and accommodating- this is very much appreciated.
On both occasions we have ended up at ‘waterfront’ tables on beautiful evenings so the ambience, proximity to others or lack thereof and intimate dining were true highlights.
The food on our first visit was perfect. This time the flavours were certainly full and ever present however our one issue was that all of our food- entrees and mains, were all more warm rather than hot which was rather disappointing.. the only ‘hot’ food was fries that we indulgently and unnecessarily added to our meal.
A saving grace was that my partner elected and ordered a blue steak but when his arrived, it was more m-w done; he’s not a complainer and was going to let it go. We were thrilled when a waiter came over shortly after it was delivered and whisked it away as it was realised that a mistake had been made in delivering the wrong steak.
Overall, the warm rather than hot food will not deter us coming again to Bistro C during future trips to Noosa.
Amazing food, great large serves so don’t order too much! They were a little low on the wines we wanted though. Service was great and seafood especially was delish
Buzzy and busy beachfront restaurant with appealing menu. Check the table time allowance when booking as we were told on arrival that they need our table at 6.30. By the time we were seated it was 5.15 so not a lot of time to chill.
Extremely noisy , poor service and food very average
Beautiful from start to finish. We had oysters, and salmon for lunch on the beach (felt lucky to get that spot!) the chilli coconut cocktail was divine (I need to work out how to replicate when I go home!) Thank you!
Fabulous as always - wonderful food, attentive but unobtrusive service, lovely ambience. Bistro C never disappoints!
The staff are very attentive and the food excellent.
