We love going to the Bistro! The Maryland Crab dip is phenomenal and the flavor is so fresh!!! Their creme brûlée is so creamy and divine! I also ordered the Blackberry New Fashioned! It’s a must try for sure!!

What a lovely place. We came for lunch and sat outside and enjoyed a wonderful meal. The menu offers something for everyone. A real gem!

I met a friend for lunch on Friday. We have been meeting at The Porch for several years now, both driving an hour to get there. I was happy about the new restaurant The Bistro. For those of us loyal to The Porch, I appreciated that The Bistro kept a part of its name. The food was delightful. Assembled with flair, cooked just right, and delicious. The servers were attentive and responsive to our needs. We spoke for a long time but never once did we feel hurried or rushed. All in all a very good experience. We shall return in the Fall with our full gaggle of long time friends and look forward to a delightful luncheon.

This was our favorite restaurants before they sold to a new owner. We were nervous when we found out it sold but honestly, it’s so much better now under new ownership. The owner is there every time we go and he stops by our table to visit each time. I love everything they are doing there. They kept all of my favorites on the menu (Gouda Mac, pimento bacon burger, herb crusted chicken…so good)!!

Delicious seafood! Went on a Friday when it was semi-busy so the service was not great (our order was actually wrong but they discounted 50%) and they were sold out the only affordable cabernet wine. But otherwise pleasant experience.

Lovely cocktail but a bit dissatisfied with the salad. The Brussel sprouts were a bit old and not all shredded and the seared tuna was missing the nice char. I would say two stars for good but three stars for cocktails and ambience

Another wonderful visit to the Bistro! We started at the bar for a drink with an engaging bartender followed by an excellent dinner with friends. And always great to see Shawn, the owner, as he makes sure everyone is enjoying their night.

The only down side was when a waitress kept bounding up the stairs and slamming on the top step. every single time. The floor shook. I appreciate the fact that she was busy and it must be difficult to have to keep going up and down…but it interrupted our conversation every time. Small thing. Everything else was great!
