The food at Aracosia is always delicious and every time I try something new, I find a new favorite dish! The chicken lawaan remains a “must order” for me. The staff are very kind and helpful!

We had friends in from out of town and wanted to go someplace they do not have at home. We love all of the restaurants in the Aricosia family but chose this location as it was a DC dining experience with out the hassle of the downtown spots. As always the good and service were great and we had a sampling of a lot of different foods with 6 of us dining. The wine was good the meal was great and we were too full for desert.

We have been to this restaurant many times and each time we go it it always a treat. The food is consistent and prepared perfectly. I have never had a bad meal or experience there. The pricing is fair. Good value for a good meal. I would recommend this restaurant to those who wish to experience a different Mediterranean type of menu and who have a desire for an adult evening with good friends. The service is outstanding, attentive and courteous. Love it!!

This DC MacArthur Blvd location is our favorite in the Afghan Aracosia family; we look forward to sharing our experience and we bring everyone we know at some point, because we love it so. The manager, Taliha, and all the staff are welcoming and attentive, the ambiance is charming, and the food and cocktails are superb. Our favorite dishes are the soft delicious dumpling assortment and we always order an assortment of turnovers as well. Such a taste treat! Then we usually follow with lamb chops, rice and dessert. We can't recommend this restaurant strongly enough: you will love it!

Very good food that simultaneously keep red meat and vegetarians happy. My lamb chop was very good, cooked perfectly to request and my vegetarian guest thought her mixed vegetables serving was great. Even I thought the vegetables were really good.

My favorite restaurant in DC but this last time the food was even better than usual and both the waiter and the hostess hit a high level of professionalism. I will be back VERY soon. Thank you.

A wonderful restaurant….never fails to impress. Good selection of outstanding lamb items. The lamb chops and the shank (Qabuli Pilaf) are especially flavorful. And the mixed dumplings (mantu) are a delicious appetizer. Very good meal experience on Father’s Day.
