Jeff was the best waiter. Was busy when arrived without reservation but 10 minutes and we were seated. Promptly treated and served bread and water. Food was fast and really good, beef medallions and masted potatoes with green beans and carrots. Out the door in 45 minutes!

I was underwhelmed by the food. Loud, machine style, noises coming from the kitchen, echoing through the restaurant was disturbing. Although it wasn’t busy, our waiter only came over once during our meal… towards the end of it. if I were to return, I think I would choose Luce, the sister restaurant in the same space .

The food was absolutely incredible. I don't think this restaurant offers a regular brunch, but instead offered a special Mother's Day Brunch. In terms of quality of food was unparalleled. In contrast the wait staff was as bad as the food was good. COMPLETELY UNATTENTIVE!! We needed to ask for water. We needed to ask for coffee refills. And it wasn't as if the restaurant was too busy. They were just standing around talking.

In their defense, there seemed to be a convention of some sort, so maybe they would be better on a different night. In a nutshell, we couldn’t get seated. Someone greeted us (after we looked around the restaurant area) and said that a waiter would seat us. We waited 16 minutes and gave up. We ate elsewhere.

Overall nice. Seems to be same kitchen that cooks for Luce restaurant. Food was great, cocktails not as good as I expected. Service good too. Quiet on the weekday, at least on the days when Luce was closed because they basically share the room.

Unfortunately I felt like this restaurant was quite misleading. We were able to make a reservation for lunch but the actual restaurant was closed and they had a casual hotel style restaurant that we were placed at instead. Luckily the food and service was still good but I was disappointed and would probably not have booked the restaurant if I knew what it was going to be. We had the apple and chicory walnut salad and the halibut fish tacos - both were surprisingly very good!

We chose the restaurant because we were staying at the hotel to celebrate our anniversary. So glad we did! Everything was excellent! From the time we got seated, we were felt welcomed and special. Our server kept on making sure we were doing okay, asking at the appropriate time so you know he’s observant, very knowledgeable with what he’s serving, friendly enough to make good short conversations and still enjoy our own time together. I was so impressed I started texting friends to eat here!

The new Greek chef elevates the restaurant to another level! He has demonstrated the touch of his home country by the octopus lasagna, a favorite dish of mine now. His work on the chicken breast is very French. I have to praise the desserts as a perfect finish.

Compliments to the new chef. The food was wonderful and service was impeccable. We especially appreciated being able to have a conversation with our friends in an elegant setting. Highly recommend dining at Luce.

Every main dish had a sauce, which was strange, but they were overall tasty. Coordination of the servers serving the dishes was not the best; one server was reaching over to the other side of the table to pour sauce over a dish when there were two on each side.

This was my best anniversary dinner until now! Food was outstanding, every course of the eight course menu was an eye catcher, prepared in point, delicious and tasteful! The full tasting menu was amazing, well thought out, creative and tasty. With a couple of cocktails, the dinner came out to about $240/person. But what a nice way to spend the evening with friends, in a quiet, but modern environment, eating delicious presentations.

My wife and I were very happy with the food, service and ambience at Luce. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the chef and staff went out of their way to make it a special night, including accommodating some dietary restrictions. I would highly recommend Luce to anyone looking for an amazing culinary experience combined with attentive service. Bravo!

Food was excellent! Full tasting menu was a lot of food and left us both very satisfied. The rest of the experience was mediocre. The first table we were sat at, in the corner by a large plant, had flys flying around, trying to get onto our dishes and food, and generally being very annoying. We asked and were re-seated, to a table where we only saw one fly. On its own that would have been no issue, however they clearly knew the flys were an issue, sat us there, and then sat a couple who came later in the same table as well (and that couple was also obviously swatting at flies, mentioned them to the server, but decided to stay sitting there). From a service perspective, for a restaurant like this, that was exceptionally disappointing. And there was an abundance of tables. Overall enjoyed, but probably won’t return.

We did the FIVE course tasting menu because we wanted to try the truffles. I can’t imagine trying to eat 8 courses, because both of us were stuffed by the end of the meal. The amuse bouches were creative and the birthday cake bonus was super flavorful. A personalized card for my birthday and the staff were mostly super attentive during the evening.

The chef went out of the way to introduce himself in our table.Chef Rogelio Garcia is personable and passionate with his culinary expertise and ensure our positive dining experience. Chef Garcia, made our dining experience beyond our expectations. The food is explicitly delicious and the service exceptional. Our dining experience are all worthwhile, enjoyable and memorable. We will come back hopefully before my daughter goes to UCLA. Our server, James was on point creating a journey with our 8 course tasting menu, such a delight!

My only comment is that the mix of clothed tabled and hardwood finished tables was interesting, but the single tablecloths which were not square gave a cheap look to an otherwise beautiful room. From someone who works in the white tablecloth field, double cloths are much more elegant and don't cost you any more as the bottom cloth does not get changed.
