The Bistro 4 Saisons is a contemporary dining bistro offering an assortment if gourmet dishes. Lunch and dinner menus are available, as well as an assortment of cocktails and dessert selections. Main courses available at Bistro 4 Saisons include flank steak with shallots sauce, hamburger with tomato and pickle, wild scallop and shrimp risotto and much more. Other favorites on the menu include table d'hote such as roasted beets, mussels with homemade fries and smoked salmon manicotti. Bistro 4 Saisons also offers customers a selection of fine coffees like espresso and cappuccino and tea. Feel free to ask your server about the perfect wine to go along with your meal as well.

Un accueil chaleureux malgré l'affluence, bien méritée par le caractère exceptionnel de ce restaurant. Plats très intéressants et service charmant. Un festin !

Notre 6e visite au Bistro 4 Saisons. Cuisine excellente en particulier les plats de la table d'hôte. Service attentionné et efficace. Belle carte des vins. Bref, très belle soirée gastronomique dans ce bistro qui devient un incontournable de la région d'Orford.

We dine here every time we r in the eastern townships! Quality food, reasonable prices, friendly service and nice wines! What more can u ask for????

Etonné de la qualité de ce resto en Estrie ! L'ensemble du repas est au standard gastronomique ! Pour un 5 étoiles, je remplacerais le café filtre et je diminuerais la quantité de sel !

Il s'agit d'un excellent restaurant, le rapport qualité/prix est très bon. Le choix de vins est intéressant et nous sommes bien conseillés. Le service est chaleureux, juste ce qu'il faut pour mettre les clients à l'aise. La nourriture est toujours d'excellentes qualités. Les mardis soirs sont particulièrement intéressants pour les amateurs de vins puisque le vin est au prix coûtant. Un des meilleures restos de la région.

I am always a little shy to give this wonderful place away- we have frequented it from its humble beggining a and now it is such a happening place! I kinda wish it would go back to being quaint and not do busy.... We now actually require reservations or even their best clients can not get a table.... Fair prices for excellent quality food and service... Nice creative wines. And just the right amount of creativity maje it a great dining experience...in the middle of the woods... At the mount Orford ski center... It is not for city folks'it's a country experience well worth it!!! Enjoy

We've had several meals here over the years and always enjoyed things. Tonight was fantastic as always but the food seemed extra special. We had possibly the best steak frites ever. Service is warm and feel like old friends at this point even though we eat about once a year. This is the best food we've had in the Eastern Townships, and definitely one of my favourite places to eat in Quebec. Solid, reliable bistro fare that ranges from really good to amazing. The price point is also very reasonable. We always eat here at last twice while skiing at Orford!
